Ordered 3 sliders for lunch and a fry ask for fresh hot food. My job 2 minutes away open bag took a bite dry cold old food. Don’t waste your time eating at this White Castle. They’re disgusting and disappointing!!!!

There was a loooonnnggg piece of hair in my slider. Took it back in and the young lady in charge remade my entire order. Sadly they do not wear hairnets! Stay away from this location!! Horrific to say the least.

They watched me sit in here waiting for my food 20 minutes. Told the guy who waited 10 minutes oh sorry sir for the wait. The one in alsip will treat you much much better and have fresher food. so sorry to the owners they can’t find good leaders or workers for here. I’m just very thankful the food was edible.

I go here all the time but tonight was real nice because of the service Issac gave me tonight in the drive thru. He was really courteous and gave me excellent service, also gave me a coupon booklet which I’ve never received once when visiting here. Me and my wife are big on customer service wherever we go so thanks Issac for great customer service.

On New Year’s Day 2026, the drive thru line was completely backed up. While waiting, I saw four White Castle employees outside in a Chevy Traverse smoking weed while on the clock. Even after they went back inside, it still took about 45 minutes to order and receive my food. This location clearly has serious management issues.

This location always either messes up my order an I dont find out till I get home. Or they give me a sorry sloppy burger. I hate ordering here but its the closest to my house. Horrible customer service! Told us the receipt machine was broke, WE couldn’t make our own drinks but the people after us could. Kept messing the order up, kept telling them the correct order, still got the order wrong then put wilted brown lettuce on the sandwich. Just nasty attitude from the go, kept telling the other staff they were stupid. Smh.
