I come to this location a lot when choosing to eat chipotle. I usually get it a great amount of meat. A lot of chipotle skimp on meat and this one usually does not. There have been a couple times I’ve had asked for double meat, but usually they give me the right amount of meat for the price the first time and that’s very important to me. That is also a main reason why I choose this location and do not go to another or eat and another establishment. The staff always seems friendly and kind. I usually do not have to wait very long, which is nice. Sometimes the restaurant can be a little dirty or sloppy Looking. I would say just cleaning up the tables a little bit more taking out the trash and cleaning the floor in the lobby would make it perfect. The food is very seasoned and tasty though.

This chipotle was pretty bad, not worth your money. Had too small or too much portions. The guy at the front did less than a scoop of rice and i heard everyone else continue to ask for more rice too. Then, the girl had airpods in and didn’t even look at me, and did everything way too quick and very messy. Before I even finished talking, she would say “what else” and again “what else”. She would slop or throw the scoop into the bowl, and end up putting too much. She also crushed the bowl to an unnecessary point, very quick and lazy. Super poor customer service. I also saw this girl put a vape pen in her pocket that a customer/friend handed her over the counter. Again, very unfortunate and unprofessional. She was short with black hair pulled back into one braid, with a hat on and airpods in. Working at 6pm on Wed, Feb 4th. When we were paying at the check register, that guy was not great either. He barely looked at us and was very short with us. This was sad because it was not very busy at the time, and i felt like i was being rushed out the door. My friend who was with me agreed that it was very messy and had poor customer service and not great food. Will not be coming back here. Just thought other people should know!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Guy who served me didn’t say one word, looked extremely pissed off. I asked for light tomato and he puts a massive scoop. Bowl was sopping wet and dripped all over my car seat and pants. I will never be going back to this location.

Overall 0/10…. Brown lettuce, dirty restaurant, etc. Also for someone who is pregnant should avoid this establishment. Could get seriously sick from this old lettuce and harm yourself and your unborn baby. That’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. A food health inspector seriously needs to shut this place down.

Ordered online and they messed it up. Ordered Carnitas and got none. Ordered tomatoes salsa and got none. Ordered fajita veggies and got one piece of pepper and 3 pieces of onion. My tortillas on the side were glued together making them impossible to separate. Not happy at all.

My family of 5 all got bowls. The food was so bland, we couldn’t even finish it. Absolutely no flavor in anything, including the guacamole. The rice was also way overcooked. However, Service was great. Bathrooms and general area were very dirty. Will not be visiting this Chipotle EVER again.

I don’t normally post negative reviews but I placed a pickup order for just a cheese quesadilla with guacamole and some chips and guacamole. I got 2 containers of guac, both completely bad. I thought eh I’ll try them anyways, sometimes guac just needs to be stirred a bit to freshen it.. but wow was it actually extremely old. Had to spit it out- definitely guacamole that had been sitting in to go containers for a few days. The service was fine but spoiled, old food is a big no for me!

I recommend the people do not order food online cause they take advantage of you. I ordered a burrito actually the chicken burrito and it looks like it is a rice burrito cause I don’t see the chicken they make the burrito pretty big but it’s full of rice this is ridiculous. They should do something about this or you’re gonna start losing more and more customer like that stop being greedy. I’m not happy at all, especially when the price of the burrito increase the price ,not good not good.

The Rogers location tends to ignore your requests for “light” anything (e.g., cheese, sour cream). This taco was nearly uneatable due to the amount of sour cream. The pile of cheese and corn in the picture was what was removed from 2 burrito bowls where we asked for light amounts. We typically drive to the store in Elk River, but were in a hurry today so stopped at the one in Rogers.
