Only customer in the restaurant and waited 21 minutes for a combo. They are solely prioritizing drive thru. The gentleman at the counter was very nice though. The food was great. Step up your game and figure out how to be more efficient!

White Castle has a surprisingly extensive menu these days. They don’t just have burgers they have fish, chicken, fake meat, and breakfast. This particular location is decent but a little disorganized. It took them about 15 minutes to make my food and when it came out they had actually gotten my order wrong. They were happy to redo it but at that point I just ate what I was given and it was tasty.

Food was good but it took 40 minutes to receive the order. Preparation of the order did not start until I walked in and a male employee argued with two female employees the entire time. When I asked the employee working the drive through if there was a way to have my online order ready at the time it says when the online order was placed she kindly answered my question. The male employee working the grill called her over and loudly told her to not answer customer questions and refer them to the manager. There were multiple people who left without ordering while we were there and we will definitely not be back .

The food was amazing but the person who took our order never asked what we wanted to drink with our combos so we got to the window to pay and he had made us both cokes my husband asked him why he assumed we wanted coke and he said I don’t know so my husband explained to him that he was dietetic and couldn’t drink that and the guy said so you don’t want a drink? My husband was so aggravated at that point he said nevermind just keep the drinks because I can’t have coke and apparently you are not serving anything other drink so the guy gave us our food and said ok have a good day

I always love me some White castle!! The locations are always downstate and far away from home, so we go whenever we get a chance. We actually ate here a few times while vacationing . The service was quick and the food was delicious of course. I would love a white castle T shirt. Lol I almost asked the crew member for one of there work shirts because it’s my favorite restaurant.

My first time at White Castle and it didn’t disappoint. I had the 1921 sliders, the waffle breakfast sandwich, fries and onion rings. The sliders were good, but the waffle of my breakfast sandwich was a bit soggy. I always like the Coca Cola remix machine. Love the Zero sugar fuze, can’t get those flavours back home. Service was a bit slow but you could tell they were training someone new. Very friendly staff of course. Would go back.

The parking lot was not very clean. We placed our order for 30 burgers for the little ones. It took them 25 minutes. Then when we went in to check on them we got an attitude because they had two people ahead of us that ordered 50 burgers. Apiece definitely was not a friendly environment

Was welcomed right away by the manager on duty. It was clean inside, everyone working was in a good mood and having fun. The food was fresh and they got my order together pretty quick.

Dude it’s White Castle. It’s the best fast food there is. And this place WILL make you your favorite slider and fries. But you’ll wait a bit in line. Don’t think about it, just go and get your WC fix. You know you want it.
