The food and service were good. The air vents in the lobby need to be cleaned. It looks like there is no filter in the return and the whole ceiling is covered in dust. I’m concerned about the air quality for the employees.

Online order. From Time order was placed until I got the food was 19 minutes. Only two cars in front of me in line, four other cars in parking lot, including employees. Absolutely the slowest WC location I’ve been to. Third time in last 3 months, similar situations each time. I won’t go back. McDonald’s and Wendy’s are about 1/2 mile away

As a delivery driver, there is nothing worse than having to complete a delivery from this specific White Castle. They always take too long (as in waiting 25+ minutes usually 20 mins past my “pickup by” time) or make poor decisions that don’t help drivers or themselves. I was the second one in line. All I needed was 10 sliders. They started working on the 50 sliders the 4th person who arrived ordered, before they worked on the couple sliders the people in front of me ordered, and the couple of things the 3rd person in line ordered. This shouldn’t have to be explained but you should take care of the first 3 people before you start making the order for the 4th person in line for 50 sliders. I also tried talking to them, and they’d just ignore me. Delivery Drivers get penalized for being late. This is the only store I’ve been to in the past 4 years of working delivery where they didn’t prioritize the delivery order.

Shabriya handled my order. She was very pleasant and courteous. The foods really good. My only problem with White Castle is the wait time in the drive through. If there are more than 3 cars in line I go elsewhere.

Yes, I know a FAST FOOD review! If you love the tortoise and hare story, then this White Castle will make Methuselah seem like the fountain of youth racing atop that tortoise. Bless the workers at this heavily trafficked WC! Please improve management and hire more workers! The jalapeño, clam fries and cheeseburgers were fine. The workers get 4 stars. Food was tasty. The service time is 3 stars. If you want to stall and say you waited 30 minutes for food, this is your place!

Not a very good first experience here. Went with a friend who decided to drive an hour out of Ohio for me to experience a “crave case”?! There are no White Castles in Canada. Anyway, we didn’t get our food ordered through drive thru. We weren’t told there was a half hour wait but was asked to wait in the disability parking spot #1 (which was already occupied). I went in to use the restroom and possibly order these cheese rings which were new. Not one of the 3 people serving and making the food looked up to even acknowledge I was there. I waited about 10 minutes then called my friend who just told me to come back into the car. Half hour later we were starting to question whether the last parked in spot #1 got our order but she got out of her car because I think she didn’t receive her order as well.

An hour later we still did not receive our order. The young lady ahead of us received a free drink and her food but asked for her fries to be redone because they were cold and soggy. My friend was quite upset and ask for compensation. She received a lot of attitude and I was quite uncomfortable.

Never did I expect an establishment with so many fast food joints to be so rude. I feel like when you work there are certain customer service etiques you must follow and if it gets escalated you should have a person who is better trained to deal with your irritated customers who have been waiting over an hour for their meal. If not, at least let them know the current process so they can decide whether or not they would like to purchase an order. If it is going to be long, they should be notified through drive-thru or when ordering.

I’m quite disappointed that not one person said ” hello, we’re just a little busy and will be with you in a minute” or even look up at me when I was standing at the counter. Something should be said about this new generation who works but don’t know how to handle customers who are waiting right in front of them.

I can’t give a rating for the food but the experience was absolutely horrible. I hope all the other chain locations are not as rude and inconsiderate. I also think that head office should know that two other customers who are waiting in line left without ordering because of how poor the customer service was. I too think they were uncomfortable with the confrontation happening in the store.

Absolutely not a good experience that I will definitely share when I cross the border home.

Update: The manager called me to apologize. She said it is unusual for it to be so busy and therefore the staff were doing the best they could. I just reiterated that I felt that customer service needed to be improved on. At least they called back to acknowledge my concerns.

Came here after hockey game and there was no line. My wife and i got some sliders. Overall the food was good. We waited 10min though for the food to come out in the drive thru.

The food was amazing but the person who took our order never asked what we wanted to drink with our combos so we got to the window to pay and he had made us both cokes my husband asked him why he assumed we wanted coke and he said I don’t know so my husband explained to him that he was dietetic and couldn’t drink that and the guy said so you don’t want a drink? My husband was so aggravated at that point he said nevermind just keep the drinks because I can’t have coke and apparently you are not serving anything other drink so the guy gave us our food and said ok have a good day

Love White Castle so much! So take this review with a grain of salt. I have never been disappointed with their food or service. This particular location was wonderful. It was a full service location in that they had menu items that I had no idea White Castle was selling. All the White castles around where I live have been closed unfortunately and we were on a mini road trip and I had a chance to stop in and get my sliders 🙂 White Castle is an American classic that started it all in the hamburger game.
