Been a long time since I have been to a White Castle. So glad I came back. Service was a little on the slower side. Facility could have been a little cleaner. Food was good. I do wish I could get chili cheese fries like I do at Krystal. But I do like the wrinkle fries here better. I shall return.

My boyfriend and I love this location- and we especially loved it today. A tall male with dark hair and glasses (sorry, didn’t get the name) and he gave up tons of info about promotions, deals, and how to use the app and sign up to get rewards/deals through that. He kept a nice conversation, had great energy, and overall made our experience positive and quick with great quality. This man seemed like he loves his job!! Thank you.

Ah, Whiteys! Always a prime stop for a quick bite of long ago memories. It is what it is; a fast food joint with a simple and affordable menu. There is no FINE DINING here, the drive through is short and tight, and the staff at this location was very pleasant and polite.

Literally just came through got a 5 piece mozzarella sticks bit into 1 and no cheese I checked the rest 2 of the sticks literally no cheese whatsoever like what so I just spent that money for a 5 piece but only got a 3 piece

I always enjoy my visits to White Castle. The sliders always hit the same and are so good. I’ve never had any issues ordering. If I had to give a small critique, I would say the food somtimes comes out alittle slow, that being said they are making hundreds of sliders so I understand.

I’ve been eating at this White Castle location in Kokomo, Indiana, for soooooo many years, since the way, way, way back time, when I was just a little child… ✔️ This location has always been solid in service and food quality… Sometimes it may take them a while depending on how busy they are and how big the orders might be, but that’s no complaint… …because rest assuredly that the staff is hard at work on keeping up and preparing the next batch of Sliders to fill up your Crave Case…

Terrible service, rude staff, parking lot is so small I witnessed two separate vehicles run over the curb trying to turn in the the lot. Sat in drive thru for over 40 mins and order was wrong. Also it is incredibly difficult to enter and exit this location.

They were busy inside, I was in the drive through and had to wait but it was worth it. The cook knew how to cook a slider. They were melt in your mouth delicious.
