This ABSOLUTELY the worst White Castle, ever since they upgraded and have AI taking your order instead of a human they literally mess up orders every single time. They forgot multiple big items, like how do you forget 8 burgers. If you ordered cheese sticks, you’ll most likely get french fries if you get anything at all. If you order cheeseburgers, they will absolutely charge you for a cheeseburger, but not put the cheese on it EVERYONE in Whiting knows this, some people drive to Hammond. DoorDash didn’t give me an option. Also expect to sit in the drive-through for about 30 minutes bc it’s like 2 people working. Management at this place needs to be fired and they need to hire more people working so there’s accuracy in the orders.

They were slow and only 5 cars in line. It took 20 minutes to get 10 hamburgers. And 2 onion rings. The man in front of us in the drive through, took his bag and threw it across the parking lot and it landed on the sidewalk. And then he drove away.
