We decided to go for a Birthday’s dinner. We were seated soon after arrival, our drink orders were taken shortly after being seated . Food was good . It was a pleasant family experience.

We went at about 9:00 pm on a Wednesday with a party of 10 people. There were only 2 other groups in the restaurant, a table of 2 and a table of 4. About half way through our visit, 3 more guys came in and that was it. Even with the restaurant being practically empty, we had to wait one full hour for appetizers. The waiter never came over to explain the long wait or offer anything to us. We had to ask him if we would be getting our food sometime soon. Once we were finished, a couple with us had to ask for their check 3 times before he brought it and once he took our credit card and the two others with us, we had to wait at least 15 minutes before he brought it back. We ended up being in the restaurant for 2 hours because of the ridiculously slow service. I did talk to the female manager afterward just to let her know and ask her if that was a typical time. She just said no and sorry but offered no explanation or compensation. The waiter, (I’ll be kind and not mention his name) when asked why it took so long, he just said “I’ve been a server for 15 years and I think I did pretty good with your big group. If you don’t want to leave a tip that’s fine and then said something about Karma. He said it with a smile but it seemed pretty rude and cocky. We will probably never go back to this Applebee’s again.

We were told there was a backup getting orders from the kitchen. Restaurant itself was not busy. The manager told us it would be 30 minutes before they could take our order (2 people) and told us we could sit on the bench, sit at the bar or wait in our car.
Two waiters offered to seat us; we were willing to wait; although the manager told them “No”!
They couldn’t seat us and serve an iced tea while we wait? Really! We left and won’t be back. Nice hospitality…NOT!!

The food was good, but the real amazing thing was our server Cruz! My friend left her wallet and he ran out to make sure she didn’t lose it! It was absolutely amazing and some of the best service I have ever received!

I went to Applebees at around 830 last night, nobody was in the restaurant aside from perhaps a group of four across the other side. I was served by Diego, who when I went to the bathroom was scrolling on his phone the whole time instead of working. But that’s not the worst part, the food took an hour and a half to get here, and were served 15 minutes between each other. When I mentioned it, he told me that “I know I did a good job and the cooks did a good job, tip me what you want but Karma is karma” karma is karma? Really? Don’t waste your time here.

Went out for dinner tonight with my daughter. Her and I we’re seated in a area with no server. We knew what we wanted before arriving. Unfortunately, we sat and waited over 20 minutes to get served. The food was delicious! We had a fun time, the server we ended up getting was very nice. The Mgr did give us a discount so that is a plus. Overall I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Our food was hot and fresh.

Was a relaxing eat, while I did sit at the tonight. Even being understaffed, the waitress was attentive in ensuring that I had everything I needed.
The meal was great, the chicken sandwhich was spicy and just the right amount of sweet to go with it. A little messy, the meal needs to be served with wet naps. I would do it again.

Waited more then half an hour for a pick up order. Nobody offered to check the “manager” was the one helping me I came i before 2 other people and they got there food and left way before me. Don’t recommend this place at all chillies is better

I gave this place 4 stars for a reason . The food was so good and tasty but when I came the waitress came after 10 minutes and food late 24 minutes after I order and appetizers came after 12 minutes from order . But if I want to talk about food it’s was wonderful and tasty spicial the grilled shrimp I really like it and I LL come back again just for this dish the mashed potatoes was good taste so butterfly and the chicken taco was good spicial with the Asian style sauce it’s like you eat a Chinese chicken but in Mexican style but for wings I don’t recommend it
