If you place an order online just know you’re not getting what you asked for. Not only did they give me dark meat instead of white, they made sure to give me not so fresh chicken. I see a lot of reviews for this location & it’s not lookin good. It’s time for you guys to make changes I think start with the lady who not very nice. She’ll ask for the name on your order at the speaker just for you to get to the window and have her ask you again and again. There will be no more stopping at the speaker for me to pick up an online order whether it’s mine or grubhub I won’t be stopping at the speaker. You need to get some respect for your self lady maybe you could respect the customers. ♂️

I had a terrible experience at this Popeyes location today. The manager, Sharon, and another manager were both rude and dismissive when I requested that my food be made fresh. After waiting an unreasonably long time, my food finally came out—but it was drenched in grease and clearly not drained properly.
To make things worse, I was given the smallest chicken tender possible, while I watched them hand out complimentary drinks and extra sauces to other customers. When I asked for an additional sauce, I was told I would be charged extra. The inconsistency and unprofessionalism were unacceptable.
This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had here, and it will definitely be my last.
I’m very disappointed with the service at this Popeyes location. I asked for fresh chicken and was met with attitude and unprofessional behavior. To make things worse, I was charged for a sauce that should have been free.
It also feels like there’s a big communication gap between staff and customers, which only adds to the frustration. I tried to be patient and respectful, but the way I was treated was completely unnecessary.
I’ll gladly drive a few extra miles to another Popeyes where I can get better service and feel like my business is appreciated. Hopefully, this location works on improving customer service and communication.

Staff was rude tried explaining to her what the meal came with and she refused to listen she ignored me and walked away I believe her name was Rosalba. Food was cold and I only live 2 min from the store. Very unprofessional and should be trained what comes with online orders because I didn’t receive what I should have and she refused to give me the correct items. My order came with 12 tenders, 4sides, 4regular size drinks (I got sm) and 4 biscuits. I have never had terrible experience until today. Which is sad because I have always gone to this location while living in Plano.

I visited this Popeyes Sunday 10/12 at 8:30 pm and tried giving the online code from their website the managers name stated she was unable to use the code to order online. The code specifically said to order in the store as I’m trying to tell her this she refused to listed and yelled “CALL CORPORATE” at this moment I became upset and felt very disrespected bc as a customer and her as a manager she should’ve been able to offer some other assistance rather than call corporate. I asked for her name she refused to give it to me….nonone on there had on a name badge or hair nets. She was very unprofessional! And from the fact that she requested me to contact corporate and the fact that you all have so many bad reviews it’s showing that no one is being taught how to communicate with customers. Since she refused to give me her name I took a picture….i have also tried contacting corporate which you can’t talk to anyone directly just submit the form. This is our community I live right down the street but I will never visit this Popeyes again I’d rather drive an additional 15 mins to spring creek for better service bc this locations is horrible! You all really need to do better!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service here. We ordered ahead on the app, yet still waited 20 minutes for our food. To make matters worse, they messed up our sides—replacing Mac & Cheese with mashed potatoes without asking—and completely forgot two other sides.
When we pointed it out, there was no attempt to fix the mistake or offer a solution. Don’t just swap items or leave them out; communicate with the customer! The restaurant was also quite messy. We spoke to Lily, but the experience was still a letdown. Popeyes needs to bring back real customer service.

Ordered classic chicken. It was spicy. Seems it may have been fried with or in the same grease as the spicy chicken.
Drive-thru order. Ordered a 4 piece combo. Pulled up to the window and was asked if the order was a 3 piece. Told the server the order is for 4 pieces. They proceeded to change for and give us 3 pieces. Went in to the lobby to correct the order and they insisted the order was for 3 pieces instead of 4.

They never serve fresh chicken here!!! They will always try to give you the leftover pieces that’s been sitting for over a hour. Today I asked for fresh chicken and they only had dark meat cooking. I asked for all legs and they said no. I won’t be coming back because I’ve been there several times for returning old cooked chicken.

Came to the drive thru and noticed a kid on the counter. He appeared to be the kid of the lady in the gray shirt because she kept calling him “mi vida”. Then she gave them their food and the kid slid his shoes across the counter and nobody sanitized it after.

Pathetic! Takes way too long to hand over an order. Closes doors on Friday and Saturday nights, the time when most people come over for a meal. Customer service is bad. When ordering buy 1 get 1 on Uber eats, they pack both in to one box! Not giving ketchup/ sauce packets. Check the bag always before you leave at drive through; staff might have snatched some of your food.
