This White Castle is pretty slow everytime I visit. The parking lot is crammed and difficult to drive through. Going is side is longer standing to wait to order. It’s under staffed so the dining room is not kept. Unfortunately this is the only one for many miles. The interior is updated but not being clean takes away from the update. Hopefully management corrects this in the future.

Maybe we picked a bad time? We showed up and they were pretty busy inside and at the drive thru. Both bathrooms needed cleaning, trash is full everywhere. Napkins and straws needed to be restocked. We got it to go because every table needed to be cleaned. I ordered the 1921 slider combo. Didn’t enjoy it. My wife had the chicken sliders. Chicken wasn’t fresh. We also ordered 2 double cheeseburgers. These were great. My wife said we should have just gotten a sackful of sliders to go and we would have been happier. Fries were fresh as well but didn’t seem to have any salt on them.

That were very busy last night and the people working here were doing a great job. Everyone working together. I didn’t see anyone that want working hard to get food out. Not only was the drive thru slammed but the line inside was long. I didn’t hear any employee complain about the rush.

It is always a wait at the drive thru, because they do not know how to take more than one order before getting one fulfilled. You will wait upto 5+ minutes before they take your order. The last several times my order has been wrong, missing topping on the sliders, or cold.

This location is ridiculously horrible with service. They do not communicate well concerning change shift and they just leave you waiting at the drive-thru way too long. I gave them another opportunity about two weeks later and they still don’t have it together. I’m done with this location. I don’t care if they were given free food. I’m done!

I always use online ordering/app, but it doesn’t avoid the wait because they don’t prepare your order ahead of time even with the designated pick up time. It always seems to be some confusion about how to pull the order. I enjoy White Castle, but it could definitely be some improvements (designated area for pick-up orders and have orders prepared at the designated time [if the customers order is cold due to them picking up late, then it would be on the customer not the restaurant]. These things would be additional incentives for using online/mobile ordering to help minimize the crowds and wait times).
