Food truck. Staff was friendly. Food was done quick. Price was fair for the big portions. Eggrolls was good and my hubby ordered beef with cashews. I also tried his dish with fried rice and it was yummy. I wouldn’t recommend the orange chicken. The chicken was inedible. My hubby also tried it and said the meat tastes bad, we end up throwing it out.

We are Asian and from California so we have high standards for Asian food, and low expectations when getting it in NM. This place pleasantly surprised us!!
Pad Thai beef. Lots of peanuts and great flavor. Beef is good quality.
Lemongrass pork. Great sauce. A bit spicy but great when we ate it at home with some lettuce.

I ordered lemongrass thin egg noodles (#20) and it hit the spot. Delicious. Met expectations. Just be aware that this is a food truck, not a sit-down restaurant.
