No complaints. Perfect comfort meal before a flight. Remember not to fly on Sunday so you can grab a meal here. Line was longer than anywhere else, but they handled it quickly and got us our food out quick. Even in the airport, everything was clean, organized, friendly – and of course the food tasted great. Can’t go wrong with their chicken sandwiches and waffle fries! Have a nice flight.

I’ve NEVER had a problem with chick fil a… EVER. Wanted breakfast prior to my flight and decided on them because I knew not only would I receive good service, but hot food as well. First off the chicken mini meal is almost $1 more than the chicken biscuit meal. I should’ve known something wasn’t right when like 20+ boxes were lined up under the heating lamp. I got my food sat down to eat it at my gate and EVERYTHING was hard and less than room temperature. It was too late to take my food back and get a refund. This will never happen again.

100% the ruddiest chic fil a I’ve ever been to, isn’t being friendly y’all’s thing? Well you failed. The cashier was only letting us choose a #1 or a #2, and wouldn’t remove pickles for us. How hard is it to just not put pickles on the sandwich, unless they were premade and not fresh, which is not what I expect from this chain.

Worst chic-fil-a ever! Went to order, cashier acted as if it was an issue. Hardly any ice in drinks. Manager on phone picking nose and then went to banging orders. Employees were laughing about huge spill of lemonade all over floor, while people who paid we’re waiting on food. Won’t eat here again, even if store was only restaurant open

No one seemed to know what they were doing, and no one seemed in charge. One register wasn’t set up for cash, so the employees had to use the one working terminal for cash transactions, and the one I was at was rung up at wouldn’t take card. I waited for about 5 minutes while they stood around trying to figure out why it wasn’t working and finally left without ordering. I love chick fil a and have always had good experiences but this location was definitely not up to par.

They have a very limited menu. Cashiers were standing around talking while there was a line, and the person who was getting something to eat said the soda was warm and too sweet. Customer Service is not like I’ve seen at other locations.

Using my $15 I purchased a Chicken Sandwich with small fries as well as a beverage. It cost $9.49 so the remaining $5.51 will be going to the piggy bank. When I opened the bag I was astonished by the presentation of the meal. Considering this is an entry level meal, it was amazing. As I pull the food out of the bag the phenomenal smell shot through my nose. I was hooked. I proceeded to dive into the classic chicken sandwich. Very tender and well put together. The consistency that Chick-fil-A presents is phenomenal and appreciated. The fries as well did not disappoint as they were at a fine temperature and paired with a Chick-fil-A sauce. Over all a great bang for your buck and 10/10. I also understand that this is a emergency chat but this meal was so extraordinary, i couldn’t hesitate to share. This amazing memory at the Terminal A Chick-fil-A will never be forgotten.

If I could could put 0 stars I would!! I hated this location the workers are rude and unpleasant when i asked for the managers they were no better! One manager was very rude and told me to step back in line when I walked up to the register and she called on someone else. I had to wait almost 15 minutes for my meal because the workers in the back were taking too long to put food up specifically fries! THIS IS THE WORST CHICK FIL A EVER and I absolutely love chick fil a but from now on i’m going to make sure i avoid this location.
