I haven’t eaten White Castle in 20 years. It was an awesome experience eating there again. I wish there was one in Colorado Springs where I leave. On my next trip back to KY, I will be eating there again.

Was there yesterday on 10/06/25.
The burgers were a dark brown set off to the side burgers. Counted 2 may 3 onions per burger.
The fries were from the bottom of the bag and way overcooked.
The cashier was rude with that constant tapping of her nails on the counter.
Tried to call corporate yet couldn’t get thru..guess they know how shitty their stores and staff have become.

Went yesterday afternoon (9-22-25) the people working seemed unaware of the customers. Stood at the counter for quite a while, got looked at but no one seemed to care I was there. They were not really busy at the time. They just didn’t act like they cared about much of anything. Will never go back, and I live in glasgow.

This location has become very hit or miss on service and on the quality of food you get. I’m really hoping they get back on track. The whole area has honestly gotten like this. It’s not just the WC. All in all, I’ll say it’s average all the way around.

At the time there was only 3 girls in the kitchen running it all. The drive thru line was super long and there were a few people inside. Those girls ROCK!! My food was fantastic and they were so friendly even while being super busy.

The drive-through was full, but that’s fairly typical and usually runs pretty quickly. I had a large order, which caused additional wait time, which I expected. Food was made to order and meets my expectations. The outside of the building could use a pressure washing!

Y’all better check your chicken rings before you get home I was give onion and fish rings in replacement for chicken rings. Pretty petty especially after waiting in drive through for an hr. In 90+ heat Just tell people you don’t have enough to fill the order!
