The food was horrible! Fries were indeed undercooked. That was so much salt on them I had to pull over and drink water. When I took cod back I could here employee yelling in back there was nothing wrong so I took pictures Ave handed food to manager and told her look at this pulled food out she was like we can drop new food oh no hunny. Refund me so ur employee doesn’t spit on food or accidentally drop it with the 5 second rule

Food was fine, but it took almost 10 minutes just to order my food. Spent another 20 in drive thru waiting for it. The slowest White Castle location I’ve ever been to in my life. & it’s like this CONSISTENTLY. Don’t waste your time. Go to a different location

I’m visiting here from Florida to attend a funeral of a family member. I have been here for 4 days, during this time I have gotten something to eat from this White Castle everyday, usually drive thru. The food was always fresh and made to order. With service and a smile.
Since Florida doesn’t have White Castles, when I’m in Kentucky, I always make a habit of eating there often.
Before I head to Ohio to visit my sons, they put in a request to get several breakfast sliders. Their favorites are double egg, double bologna,no cheese.
Ohio has White Castle but no bologna sandwiches, no cheesy tots, no brown mustard, no onion rings, (they have onion tips, yuck!), no Big Red drink, no cheesy fries. Ohio’s burgers are usually not fresh and old from sitting on the grill too long. Ohio try to extend the freshness of those burgers by placing a sheet of parchment paper on top.
When I ordered a dozen from this KY White Castle, the manager was so nice and she offered me something to drink while I waited. The place was nice and clean, the music playing was R&B Old-school, my vibe. She packed them nicely in a box and asked if I needed condiments, mayo, of course. She is truly an asset to White Castle and White Castle should consider her for an higher position. She ran that restaurant and demanded excellence from her employees. I didn’t get her name. This White Castle was on Fern Vallwy Road at 11:00 am on January 14th, 2026. She even when up and above her job and assisted me to my car as I have limited mobility and walk with a walker-rollator. White Castle, I’ll be back!!!!!!

Because of a festival that was in town, the weight was rather long. However, that being said, the lady that was taken care of the customers was amazing. We had to wait a while, 30 minutes or longer, but she held her composure and she took care of every single customer I don’t know if she was a manager but if she isn’t she should be. I worked in the restaurant business for 17 years, and I have to say, she is a pro. If she is not currently a manager then she deserves a raise. Do not lose her as an employee. Take care of her. She was an African-American woman, older. When I come back to Louisville I will be stopping by and asking for her!

Went to the White Castle on Outer Loop around 9pm and the guy at the window had a terrible attitude. Super rude. We had two separate orders. We asked for condiments for the first order and he didn’t give any, we asked again and he said he put them in the 2nd order bag, with an attitude. We had to ask for addition condiments for the 2nd bag. I don’t know what happened to him him before we got there but he should not be in customer service. Thank God the food was pretty good.

What can I say…. It’s white castle. You have to go in expecting it to be exactly what it is. Decent sliders at an extremely reasonable price. You can fill yourself up without breaking the bank. Service was a bit slow and few of the employees some proper English but they were friendly none the less. I’d go back if I was in the area.
