This location can be hit or miss at times, but today the food simply slapped. The fries were everything McDonald’s fries should be, and the nuggets were just delightful. Both employees I encountered today in the drive thru were polite and timely. Good job today.

What is the process of getting an owners franchise license revoked??! This is the worst run McDonald’s in not just Ohio but the whole country!!! The food is terrible. Store is filthy. Service is horrible. This picture is of two burnt fish sandwiches. Contacting McDonald’s corporate directly to file a formal complaint against the owner. He has no business running a McDonald’s. This location has been terrible for over a decade.

How do you forget the burger on a cheeseburger? Waited 25 minutes for a bun with cheese and ketchup. Went back to get a new one and it was even colder than the one missing the burger. Don’t waste your time here.

Waited for over 45 minutes for two meals. When we pulled up to the window she asked if we were given a receipt because they didn’t know what we ordered. After waiting all this time. Our food was STILL wrong. They made us wait ANOTHER 20 MINUTES FOR OUR FOOD AND IT WAS COLD !!

I love close and come here alot and idk why I do because ive never once had a good smooth experience. Every time my order has been messed up missing stuff charged for more then I got and always have to pull to the VIP 3rd window. Fire everyone tare it down and rebuild.

So, I paid with a $50 and the total was roughly $35, but the cashier accidently gave me $25 back. Just so management/owners know, the missing $10 was an accident. The McDonalds in Ithaca totally forgot part of my order a couple months ago, so put the missing $10 on them honestly. The food was good.

How do you pull up to order food and be ask to give them a minute which turned into 5 minutes. It was to the point I had to say hello to make sure they knew I was still there. Once I got to the window I was asked what my order was. This place always messes up somehow someway.

Don’t get frappes here they are liquid over ice not a smooth creamy drink. 3 days I received trashy frappe and I called and the manager said the machine was fine. No it wasn’t she should have said we will recalibrate it and not lied. Very careless

Had to pull forward to wait on my order they were out of McChicken patties however it didn’t take very long and I knew it was fresh one of my burgers still had onion after requesting only ketchup but its easy to remove and won’t kill me

This McDonald’s is the worst. I asked for sweet tea and got lemon tea. My fries were cold. I ordered the monopoly meal and didn’t get the stickers. Would not recommend this place at all !
