Called up there today @1:46am told the manager about my order he was no help. He tried to convince me that they steamed my burgers to warm them up but u can tell they been on the grill too long onions turned brown then they burnt box. Bread was hard and no resolution door dash won’t even give a full refund because I received the order can’t even eat

The new night manager is very professional. He was helpful and very pleasant sounding. This is a HUGE turnaround from KNOWN HISTORY of the 7th and Algonquin location. ALWAYS BEEN A TRUBLE SPOT.

This is very neat and clean. The workers are very polite. I’m very courtesy because my husband is allergic to onions is he cleaned the grill to fix his double cheeseburger dislocation is off 7th and Algonquin I recommend this place if you want good burgers

Placed an order online. Waited in drive thru for at least 15 minutes (which I am ok with considering circumstances) but I didn’t receive my 10 piece cheese stick so I had to turn around, drive back to the restaurant, which resulted in waiting again in the drive thru for about 15 more minutes, only to get the originally ordered and forgotten 10 piece cheese stick that was obviously re-dropped into their fryer. These were some of the greasiest mozzarella sticks I’ve ever ate. It was like chewing a rubber band drenched in cooking oil. Worst service I’ve had from this castle. It’s disappointing.

The staff was adamant that I should not eat there. We ended up leaving and eating our food in the car. The location isn’t exactly in a kid friendly area. The lady that took our order said, and I quote “Are you sure it’s not to go? This is the hood…”
