Update 01:38 2/15/2026: tonight the workers here at 1:00 am have completely redeemed themselves from the previous time. Food was as expected, hot, great presentation, and fresh. The girl at window 1 was polite and got our order quickly and correctly. She was pleasant and professional. The girl at the window was also polite, kind, and responsive once I realized she forgot to give me my Sprite. It was already done she just forgot to hand it to me. I am happy to save i was satisfied with tonight’s meal. When you have little choice at midnight after a late game, its great to get tastey food. The pictures attached to this review are from a previous experience that hasn’t been repeated.
2/13/2026. First review 2 stars: Okay, it was 23:20, and the drive-thru line was long. Only three employees were working, and tons of DoorDashers were banging on the windows, so one should expect some poorer quality. My double quarter pounder tasted like a piece of rubber between two stale buns. My son said his quarter pounder was fine, but his nuggets were “kind of” undercooked. Sadly, I expected just a tad bit better, but my expectations were reasonable. Waiting 40 minutes in the drive-thru wasn’t fun but expected given the number of customers. Never thought I’d describe French fries as brittle but this place had them. I wish people gave a damn about the work they do or the food they serve. This generation just doesnt take any pride in their work, I know it’s McDonalds but back in the 80s and 90s it was different. I worked at a Golden Corral as a cook working the grill and I enjoyed cooking steaks to order and enjoyed the presentation on the plate. I guess that explains why I was always busy.

They took my order at the drive thru and once it came to paying it took 5 mins for them to open the window to take my payment and they had to take my order again. Asked for an ice coffee with 3 creams and they put “no creamer” on receipt instead. & I corrected that i want 3 creams. They gave me my ice coffee with not 3 creams & literally 4/5 pieces of ice. Took 10-15 mins just to get 2 drinks.

i been going to this mcdonald’s since early 90s and the service from then and now is terrible. the food is cold most of the time. the people are rude and not friendly like before. The drive thru line can sometimes be long long wait time. it’s terrible! the other day orders strawberry smoothie and i notice something was going on with the machine and i didn’t think much about until my daughter got really sick and saying the smoothie tasted really funny. from now on will take few minutes to drive to bob hill and sunset stripe because of this poor food and poor service

Absolute worst McDonald’s food I have ever seen and tasted. My first job was at McDonald’s, so I know what it is supposed to look like and taste like not only from a customer’s point of view. The fries were so soggy and drenched in oil. And just look at the color of the chicken sandwich. Also drenched in oil… I think I am never going to eat at McDonald’s ever again.

Got a big breakfast this morning with bacon substituted with sausage.Waited eleven minutes for the breakfast to be ready.It was cold the two half slices of bacon were on the sausage and there was no biscuit. No thank you.2nd time this happened, two weeks ago they forgot bacon and hash brown.

Sooooo slow…. the drive thru is always so slow. We decided to order inside for to go. I checked where we would have been in the drive thru. We were third in line in the store. It still took over 20 minutes to make our order. As we were leaving the car we would have been behind in drive thru was also leaving. It would have been 20 minutes either way. There were only 8 cars in the drive thru. I dont know how they’re still in buisness. Cant call it fast food anymore.

Change management. The young ladies working there as management are not professional neither are they honest. I have countless experiences to date. I have a lawsuit nor have I ever been contacted about being lied on at this location by a young lady who was coming up in ranks while I was going thru a financial time of distress. A young lady manipulated her power to discriminate against me. I have not forgotten about this and will take whatever proper legal precautions I may need since no one from this company will even attempt to get to the bottom of it with ME, the costumer.

Sitting in the drive thru..reading reviews about sitting in the drive thru..employees are not rude but extremely slow in the brain..not sure if they can even read because each time I order plain it will still come with everything on it lol I promise you will be waiting 10 minutes or more for any order…even mobile orders…every review on here is facts. This is the worst mcdonalds service.

I requested my food cook to order. It’s 24hours, phone rang twice and then no answer. My fries were dropped back in the oil to seem they were dropped fresh. I used to work at McDonald’s and I know with some franchises GM’s , Assistant, shift leads team crew members to do that. The guy terry at the second window was great. Polite nice and concerned about my order being correct and fresh. The quality of “walk in, drop, fresh to order “ is not there. So DO NOT REQUEST THAT. however Terry he was such good energy.
