I’m not a typical person to leave negative review. But this time I couldn’t stay quiet. I want to start with the manager of this McDonald’s needs to be fired. The customer service here is horrible beside she have these young people there looking more like a daycare, and very rude . I’ll explain. I went through the drive-thru at 5:20pm and the young lady who started taking my order sounded like she was sleeping in there with no energy what’s so ever in her voice. I barely hear her, I drove up to the window and sure enough she was sitting in a stool with all her body leaning forward. I paid and drove to the second window , the young gentleman at the window was eating and drinking while he is asking me what was my order and what size of drink I ordered, he closed the window after me asking several times for BBQ sauce for the nuggets I ordered. He opened back the windows and hand it my food, so I checked my bag to make sure my order was right since they both look so lost, and it was wrong. We had ordered nuggets and two plain cheeseburgers, and they were not plain. So I parked the car my husband went in side for the cheeseburgers to be change, and he asked for the BBQ sauce(that they never gave us). & the manager with a nasty attitude charged us for the bbq sauce. Which I was thrown off because if we just purchased nuggets why would they charge us additional for the sauce. We told her we just purchased nuggets through the drive-thru she didn’t care she said we had to paid for them, so we did. As my husband turned around to leave, the manager along with the gentleman of the window started mumbling and she was sucking her teeth like if we were the one doing anything wrong here. McDonald’s being such a large world wide franchise shouldn’t have people with this type of behavior and customer services represent McDonald’s.

After midnight the line was long it moved rather fast and my food hot food was hot and my Diet Coke perfect. FF were perfect….The young ladies working were very proper kind and efficient.

The app connects to the Davie store. They know of the issue, and never report the issue. They gave me an attitude, and I had to pay full price for the food. I had to call my bank to dispute the Davie order charge.

I just ordered an Uber Eats order, consisted of Big Mac meal, 10 pc nugget with hot mustard and honey for dipping, and an Oreo mc flurry. Nuggets did not come, but they sent two McFlurrys…. Like how can you not tell that was someone’s meal?

Ordered in the app and waited 30 minutes asked an employee 20 minutes into wait about never came back went to the front and the lady said she was calling the number when clearly the ticket said table 199 where I was seated. If an employee doesn’t want to do their job they should not keep their job or the restaurant should not offer the service for which the employees do not provide.
