Went to Applebee’s at 11:37pm and ordered the 2 for $25. I ordered the grilled cheese cheeseburger well done and the boneless chicken. When I got home both items were rare and undercooked. I’m thinking maybe because they were rushing to get out by closing but that’s still no excuse. I will never come here after a certain time to order anything. It’s very disappointing and dissatisfying. I called the manager and she was nice enough to refund my money back. I stopped by Applebee’s in Cherry Hill over the weekend for a late lunch and had a really enjoyable experience. We dined in at the bar, which had a relaxed, clean, and family-friendly atmosphere—comfortable without feeling rushed or overcrowded.
To drink, I ordered their new Prickly Ever After Rita with Vibe Drops, which was refreshing and fun, while my husband went with a Modelo. We took advantage of the 2 for $25 deal, starting with the Boneless Wings in buffalo sauce, which were flavorful, saucy, and cooked well. For our entrées, we both ordered the O-M-Cheese Burger. The burgers were juicy and satisfying, and I appreciated being able to swap fries for a side of mashed potatoes, which were smooth and comforting. The only minor downside was that I wish the O-M-Cheese Burger had a bit more of the signature O-M-Cheese sauce—it was good, but more would’ve made it even better.
Service was excellent throughout our visit. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing.
This Applebee’s location has been consistently solid for us, and this visit was no exception. Based on the food, service, and overall experience, I’d definitely return and would recommend this Cherry Hill location to others.

The pretzels were super good, the ribs and potatoes i do not recommend at all, it tasted super processed and fake. Im not sure how to describe it. Service was good and the tables were cleaned. The appetizers were really good the chips are really salty so have that in mind. The dip is delicious, as well as the mozarella. Theres tons of parking and you can even order ahead for pickup.

I was there on Saturday, the manager Gino was very attentive, kind and even took care of our meal which we truly appreciated. Our waitress Angelina D was also wonderful, friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Overall, great service, I would definitely come back. 😉

This location revitalized my outlook on Applebees. Particularly our waitress Mary was on point and always available if needed. The staff were courteous and informative. Once seated our order was taken immediately and when we realized we forgot to make a special request to one of the meals they jumped right on it fixing it without hesitation and we received everything in a timely manner and it was cooked to perfection. Absolutely recommended. Thank You!

I ordered take out for valentines day at cherry hill location, I was looking forward to our dinner well it was terrible. I had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp. The chicken hardly had any spices on it the shrimp was plain nothing on it the mashed potatoes were cold it was horrible my bf got the shrimp and parmesan sirloin. There was no seasoning on steak, the shrimp was plain pototoes were cold, it was very disappointing. Definitely not worth the money portions r small and food horrible. Not a great valentines dinner. I will never go back.

We took our grandson to Applebee’s because it’s his favorite spot for wings! He loves Applebee’s wings! My 10-year-old grandson ordered steak and wings! He LOVED every bite!
Everyone enjoyed their meal except me because I didn’t order my burger right! I’m a big burger LOVER and I always order my burger well but not burned. I did get a well burger but very very well and dry. I didn’t complain and never send my food back for a replacement. However, they have excellent customer service and a manager was doing his rounds and stopped by our table to see how we were enjoying our meal saw my uneaten meal and asked about it. I told manager Rob why I couldn’t eat it and how I had ordered it. He then began to tell me that at Applebee’s they do burgers pink or no pink. If I had ordered a no pink burger it would have come out well and juicy! So I got a good lesson and learning experience on how to order my next burger from Applebee’s!
The manager then graciously offered to bring me a new burger and I refused because my family had finished eating their meals. He insisted and wanted to make my experience at Applebee’s a good one and said just take it home with you!
The new burger no pink burger was perfect, beautifully done, cooked to perfection, juicy and tasted delicious!!
When I got the check the manager had removed my meal from the bill! WOW!!! I never expected that because I never asked for that to happen!! This was definitely EXCELLENT customer service!!! Thank you manager Rob!!
