We got chili and wings. The chili was very hot and delicious and came with cheese and sour cream on top. The wings, however, were very dry and tasted old. Sauce tasted good. Service was average. This is a place to go when you have time to kill, it’s not a quick eat. Prices are average for airport food.

Our flight was delayed so we stopped in for a bite and drinks. The bar service was great! Friendly and attentive staff. Burger and Quesadilla was good. Be aware that they do add 18% gratuity to the bill.

A terrible cafe at the Fort Lauderdale airport. The only reason we went in is because our flight was delayed and the pizza place was closed. Middle of the day and they couldn’t get our order right. They had no fruit for the drinks, and served us one of the worst cheeseburgers I have ever had. Next time we will hold out for the complementary pretzels on the flight, no matter how late our plane is.

I Ordered a specialty drink that included a souvenir Whiskey River mason jar. I received my drink in a small high ball glass. When I asked for the souvenir mason jar, after discussing with the manager, our server said they didn’t have them and the the manager would not authorize a discount. Since they automatically add a 18% surcharge, I paid $21 + for a small cocktail. Do not waste your time here, there are other restaurants in the airport. Poor Customer Service to say the least.

As soon as we sat down the old woman waitress had nothing short of a nasty attitude. Asked for a Shirley temple her reply “we’ll if i choose to make it.” Let it slide. Then asked for a lemonade, not a pink lemonade just regular lemonade… brought back a pink lemonade. Asked if i could place my order to go, clearly i have a flight to catch. She said “oh you’ll have to wait I’m busy”

Horrified. The tip was added to my bill without telling me. I spoke to the manager and she said it’s their POLICY, the union requires it!!! Really? Manager also said the waitress is supposed to make it clear as you are seated or get your bill. No!! Not done. I thought this was AGAINST THE LAW. Or at least crooked. Never again. And the food was awful, way way to salty

This was an extremely disappointing experience before our flight. The self ordering app was frustrating to use because 1st you have to pay and tip before you even receive any service or your meal, 2nd you can’t look at the menu again after you order unless you remind the guy to make it so that you can, and 3rd it only lists maybe half of the bar options for you.

We ordered 2 chicken quesadillas to go, and had a Negroni and Bloody Mary while we waited. Instead of our quesadillas we go salmon, which neither of us eat. And we paid $100 for the wrong freaking order, and were left picking broccoli and rice from around a piece of fish either of us wanted. We’d like a refund. I 100 percent would avoid this place in the future

WORST service ever! Actually, no service. Several others came & left without ordering because it was so bad. We did not even leave a tip!! They have scan codes at the table to order & pay but the app doesn’t work. We had to sign on & off each time we wanted another drink. I asked the bartender for help because the ‘waitress’ was nowhere to be found, let’s just say there should be an age limit to work a bar.

The service is horrible. Several people were waiting outside to be seated however a guest at the bar offered direction verses an employee. We went to the bar and was immediately chastised by a elderly female employee who clearly hates her job. Told to sit down and order. Found one of the only tables which had not been wiped down yet. She finally came over and asked (told) me she was going to wipe off the table. In addition to that she again chastised us for picking a dirty table.
