The service was slow, and the environment was underwhelming. For two sandwiches the wait was close to 30 minutes. There were three workers present, but only one was aware and trying to keep pace and keep orders up (Kudos to Wrenn). The food was average, and the drink dispensers were broken and warm. Was hoping for a better experience from reading previous reviews. Unfortunately we will not be returning, I just wish management would reward the young individual mentioned above.

First time I had a Wich was at this location. There was an older gentleman and an older lady. Every time I come to this location the older man and woman are so welcoming. The customer service is GREAT. They make your dine in experience so comfortable. They’re so nice and caring . I always come without my kids but today I brought my toddler along and they go above and beyond . You don’t really say this about a sandwich shop but it feels like you’re having lunch at home. It really sucks that this place has bad reviews. I’ve been here when it’s two girls only. And one of them is so painstakingly rude. Other than that the sandwiches always hit the spot ! I’ve only been to two locations. I live in Chicago and love this location because of the hospitality. Even when I’ve gotten bad service the sandwiches are always Delicious!

ZERO STARS!!!!! How this place stays open is astonishing. As a a driver, when I walk in a see an employee squatting in the kitchen area, NOT WORKING, while the delivery order isn’t even started it’s beyond unacceptable. The place is never crowded but always behind, and it’s filthy. Would you eat at a place where the people making your food sit on the FLOOR?!?

What a great place!! You write on your own preprinted bag.. you can “make your own” or choose from the “favorites” you choose what you want on all of your sandwiches. The lady that greeted us was just so nice and helpful! We will definitely be back!

Went in to pick up a sandwich, didn’t get any acknowledgement. Placed my order and the girl struggled to give me my change when it was $6.12 and I gave her $6.15. She had to get the guy to help her figure it out all while speaking a different language, but then had to re-ring the purchase to know how much change I was due. Then, I had to ask for the items that were included in the meal: cup, chips, snack, which a 3rd guy had appeared and gave me the included snack. And then to add insult to injury, the food was tasteless. Poor service, poor quality, poor experience.

Hello, this was my first time ordering from this place and I will not return to this location. I placed an order online at around noon. I received a confirmation email that stated my order would be ready at 12:45. Mind you, I work in an office and had a meeting scheduled for 1pm. When I walked in, there was a blonde girl by the pickup section. I asked her if this was where you pick up online orders, she rudely said yes, then nothing. I asked her if my order was ready and she again rudely said it would take a few more minutes, the time was already 12:49. I said okay and then walked outside to wait. I came back in around 12:55 thinking that the order would definitely be ready by then. When I walked in I found the blonde lady getting a drink and moving like she didn’t have a care in the world. I asked the other girl with short brown hair if my order was ready, I got an answer with huffing and puffing and attitude saying that they were busy and the last sandwich was being made. There was no line, so I don’t know how they could be so busy, plus they had an hour to only make 3 sandwiches. I was late to my meeting, and got horrible customer service. Thankfully the food was good, but like I said I will not be going there again and recommend that those two girls not work there. If they are not there I will definitely return to the location.
