Me and my gf went into this establishment the other day for lunch on Saturday. The waitress whose name i don’t know came over looked at us rudely asked what do you want to drink and threw the menus at us. They got us the drinks we said thank you she looked at us again like ugh a interracial couple really?? We ordered our food which was okay but again she threw our plates at us like she never seen a couple like us before. The older waitress apologized to my gf for the blaintant racism that the other waitress showed. We will never go there again.

I would have to say I’m a connoisseur when it comes to Sausage gravy and biscuits… If you feel the same do not try theirs it reminds me of Libby’s sausage gravy in a can which tasteshorrible. I swear It tastes like aluminum… It’s just something about sausage gravy in a can I can’t get over.. Although if you’re looking for good sausage gravy and biscuits try out the Corner restaurant in North Jackson it’s definitely homemade sausage gravy . Busy place, sounds like a cafeteria. Decent portions of breakfast food, rude waite staff , apparently you must know whats on the menu that they never give you, waitress is rushed can’t say I would ever come back. The food is definitely not worth the price.

Food is overpriced and garbage all around. Ordered country fried steak and eggs and the steak tasted old and mushy while the eggs were cooked way too fast burning the bottom and runny on top. Service was ridiculously slow as we waited 15 minutes just to order drinks. Will not be back.

This is the best family owned restaurant in town. You get to know the regulars and the staff who are fantastic. We go every weekend and love everything about it. The food is great and the prices are good. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a close, family style place to dine.

Good prices, fast and friendly service. They leave coffee pot with you. I also like the color consistency of the fries which shows they clean their grease which most places don’t do often enough they also don’t salt the fries which is a huge plus for me, they do have salt and pepper shakers if you like it seasoned with salt. The burger and sandwiches are tasty and even decently busy everything came fast.

Great little family restaurant. They have very good food, especially their breakfast menu. Also, their prices are very low (despite our economy) and so, for a very low price, you will receive a plate filled high with what you ordered and food taste great. Waitresses are lovely. A great “mom & pop” restaurant!!!
