Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I went on 6/10 around 9:30pm. it took about 20 minutes to take my order and then 20 minutes to receive my order. When I received my order, I received a RAW sandwich and with pickles after asking for NO pickles and my fries were old. I thought since I waited so long, my food would be fresh at least, but I was wrong. I reached out, but no one has responded.

I have been to this location 3 times and 3 times they have messed up on my orders! It’s unbelievable and I’m sure I’m not the only one! Then they tell you to bring the items they messed up on back after you get home and the rest of your families food gets cold by the time you get back! It takes long enough to get your food then to make every one behind you wait while you verify your order is correct is hectic but it’s something I realized I have to do with all drive thru orders after como here. They do nothing to fix their mistakes or they get upset or annoyed with you because you spoke up as if paying $55+ dollars is easy! Avoid this location if possible they are rude and lack customer service

They gave me the wrong order and after returning I asked the cashier of the order was correct. The order was not and had to return a second time and after getting home the bread was not even toasted. Terrible food quality, this used to be a top whataburger but now the service is terrible and the food is worse. It’s sad to say that this whataburger is going to the toilet in terms of quality and service. We used to pride ourselves in our quality and service when I worked at that location but now it’s just horrible. Will never return again, the burgers taste like old grease.

Only ordered a jalapeno cheddar breakfast biscuit. I waited in the drive thru for 17 minutes….for one breakfast sandwich??? And gal on drive thru must be new because a male employee I assume a manager had to help her. Sandwich was awesome. Service sucked…just saying

Isaiah demonstrated out of the ordinary friendliness when he heard we were first timers at Whataburger because we live in an uncivilized part of the country. He has to be the nicest person to ever work at a restaurant. Awesome experience. We’ll be back!

Ordered after numerous attempts to make our order understood in the drive-through. Sat in 100 plus degrees in the drive-thru along with 5 other cars waiting on orders,actually,I’m STILL waiting!! This is .ridiculous!!! The owner/manger needs to be stripped of their business franchise. No excuse for slow drive thru service. It was not a high traffic time of day. WILL NOT RETURN!!!

I’ve gone to this Whataburger about five times in the last three months and every single time I go my order is wrong or it’s incomplete. The drive thru feels like you can take a nap and wake up in the same spot an hour later. I asked for a buffalo ranch sandwich and was told it’s no longer made, so as an alternative I was given chicken strips and a bun. I did not receive ranch or buffalo sauce and was given a flat root beer instead of coke. I promised myself this is the last time I go here. Take the extra 10 minute drive and go to Whataburger at little town.

This location can never get my order right. We pull up to the window and we confer what the order is. I ask for no salt on my fries and the top of the fries have no salt then when I get to the bottom they have salt. It’s a shame that when you call they can’t replace the whole order because my husband won’t eat his order unless I do. Then if we go get the replaced order his is cold. They should mail you a voucher instead of wasting my expensive gas.
