Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Gotta be the stalest chicken tenders id ever had. You literally couldnt bite them apart. And they were so small they had to compensate by putting extra nuggets, cause they weren’t tenders. This used to be my go to whataburger, tho a lil further than my closest one I remained loyal to this one until recently. Seems the quality of food has been going down slowly. While the prices keep increasing. Gona have to switch or maybe it’s a sign to stop eating fast food garbage altogether.

I am deeply disappointed by the treatment my wife and I received here.
A staff member treated us in a way that felt blatantly unfair and
disrespectful. She made me get up and collect my own food while she personally delivered the same food to another customer. This unequal treatment was humiliating and completely unacceptable. No one should experience this in any restaurant. Management needs to address this immediately.
I won’t come back or buy food here .

I visited Whataburger on September 13th at 2 AM, and I have to say, the experience was incredible! The service was top-notch, especially considering the time of night. The staff, although youthful, was professional, friendly, and made sure my order was perfect. I indulged in my weekly cheat meal, and the pancakes were beyond delicious—fluffy and perfectly cooked. Whataburger definitely did not disappoint! I’ve been to many places for my cheat meals, but this one stood out for its exceptional service and quality food. Will definitely be back!

This is my hubby’s favorite burger place, mostly because they don’t put mayo on their burgers. With that being said, it never fails. By the time we get the food home, the burgers are cold. Once we warm up the burgers, they are great. The chocolate shakes are great. They always seem fully staffed, and I never see anyone just standing around. If they would have mentioned the round up for fire fighters, I would have done it. I didn’t see the sign until after I paid.

Overall experience was good. Front counter employees had good customer service and were helpful. The only issue is when I got my food, I didn’t receive the cookie I ordered, and my fries were cold and only halfway full. Very disappointed because this has happened more than once.

You guys need to fix your intercom through the drive-thru or something. I don’t have a a loud vehicle, Had to practically yell into the microphone and they still got the order wrong. I asked for a double they gave me a single I asked for large fry they gave me large onion ring. Go back to exchange the onion ring for a french fry. They make fresh fries but they’re undercooked. Hate to sound like that guy that complains. But very disappointing….

1st timer. Ordered 2 burgers, fries and 5 piece chicken strips for take out. Got home and realized they forgot the chicken strips. Burgers and fries were decent but not good enough to get over them messing up a simple order. Sticking to In N Out burger from now on.
