This place is a joke. Every single time you come here after 6pm and use the mobile app, you’ll be sitting outside for 20+ minutes waiting on food, with no one in the drive thru line. Then, once you get your food it’s cold or so sloppy you can’t eat it. But wait, there’s more!! See, they tend to go ahead and mark your order off 10-15 minutes before they bring it out to give the illusion they’re fulfilling their orders quickly but in reality they must be in there twiddling their thumbs.

We asked for a pup cup, which every other McDonalds sells for $.65. We were told that the general manager said no pup cups. The lady in the window was extremely rude, telling us that that was the rule, to take it up with the manager, and shut the door in our face. I went in to tell the manager my concern. I was polite and although the manager said she would take it up with the employee, I could tell that customer service was not a concern to them. First of all, why one McDonald’s wouldn’t serve what every other McDonald’s serves in the country is odd. The 20 minute wait in the drive through was unreal. If there’s another McDonald’s in your state, choose that one. If you’re a dog lover, stay away from this place.

My family and I had breakfast here this morning on the way to one of my son’s appointments. My son is special needs. While we were eating a worker that was suppose to cleaning literally was standing overtop of us. My son dropped his cup and it spilt. The guy fussed at him for spilling his cup. (Mind you my child has profound autism.) My fiance was the one to actually mop up the spill and the employee stood over top of him. The employee literally handed us the mop!!!! If that wasn’t bad enough the dude watched my mother walk into the women’s bathroom and he followed her in! My fiance and I told him someone was in the restroom and he needed to way. He stood for a few seconds with the door open and said “oh someone is in there!” He was going in with only a rag!!!!! He came out and stood over top of me until my mom came out of the bathroom. We called and spoke to a manager and she said that employee is suppose to have a job coach that was suppose to be watching him!!!! I have never felt so uncomfortable in my entire life!!!! The job coach wasn’t doing his job.

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. No ice cream/iced coffee the past 10 times I’ve been, no matter whether it’s early or late. I understand that its a process to have to clean the machine, but I can’t just skip on part of my paid job because I don’t want to do something. Just go somewhere else.

McDonald’s never disappoints, especially this location. I always order extra sauce and salt, and they never forget! Fries are always fresh and salty. Love how they seal their orders when ordering from DoorDash. It’s impossible for the deliverer to mess with the food without it being obvious. Love the iced coffees! And I always order the Big Mac combination. Yummy!

Listen if you want cold food and messed up orders than this is the place for you! I stopped by after calling about an issue with my order and I was told I could get it replaced, but the two women at the front counter were extremely rude, ignored me for 5 minutes while loudly complaining about other customers and when I finally got helped she tells me sorry I can’t find your order in the system? While I’m showing you my bank statement that has the time and amount and on it, apparently that’s not legit enough!!?? Absolutely disgusted how every time I stop there they mess something up so bad, and then treat people like trash?
