I order though drive thru and I got a $9 box this was my chicken and how many I received they are over cooked and hard. I wondering where did customers service go. I used to work for Taco Bell, this order I would have never never give to the customer. we would have to make fresh chicken nuggets. I would’ve have never never served this to anyone. Fast Food restaurants are non caring just want bodies. People just don’t care anymore.

Came here about 4 times within a year. Every time I have gone , i receive cold fries like they do that crap on purpose. Fries looked and felt like they were sitting out for 15+min, and I also I ordered a ten piece chicken, and they were burnt. The top pic was fresh ones vs. ones over cooked. Completely dry. I won’t ever order here again.

I placed a mobile order and went through the drive thru. The person at drive thru named Jolie went above and beyond for customer service. I had orders that were in separate bags, and I asked for a large bag so I could carry everything up everything at once. She asked for the order back and bagged everything for me, including my drinks in a cup holster. The food was delicious too! I was having a rough day and this made the rest of my night. So a huge thank you for the great customer service at the Eagan Taco Bell!!!!

I am a 4 time a week chili cheese burrito consumer and have been for about 40 years. Today I went to the drive through to order my fix. I headed down the road, took out the first one and found it was room temp with a dry tortilla and no melted cheese inside. I made a u turn and headed back l. I walked in and very calmly explained that they were a bit undercooked and asked if they’d make them again. They were very friendly and took care of it right away which I appreciated very much. As we completed the handoff of the remade food, the manager suggested I ask for them to be double steamed in the future. I thanked her and headed out. I was proud of myself for not bothering to tell her that this would be the first time that would be necessary in 40 years. I didn’t tell her to teach her employees how to make their very simple menu or complain about the fact that they are now 3.99 each for a tortilla, some shredded cheese and a small ladel full of chili and their knowing how to make the food was important to keeping loyal customers like me coming back. I kept it all to myself, smiled, said thank you, and left. They tasted great!

I never get a good experience here something is always wrong with my order or cold.. I accidentally ordered at the location today on a mobile order on ACCIDENT and received rude service and also pretty sure I got food poisoning!! No way will I eat here again

This place has great service and food, I 100% recommend their breakfast menu.
Carl and Leonidus, the two managers on staff for morning and afternoon shifts are both wonderful people who know their customers by name.

Typical Taco Bell, decent service but sometimes it seems like the chalupa bread is stale, more than once. But overall the staff is friendly and quick and I don’t think I’ve ever had an order screwed up like other places.

Kiosk only? Why even have the lobby open at this point if you do not want to have any contact or personable service? I ended up walking out after they wouldn’t serve me. Feel free to reach out Taco Bell with a way to resolve this issue. Typically I tip the cashier but kind of hard when they don’t want to provide any service

First time here. It wasn’t busy, there was one other car in the drive through and no cars in the lot. I ordered two of the new loaded nacho fry burritos (black bean) and got whatever this is with no receipt. I don’t live very close to here or I would have gone back, but even if I had there was no receipt anyway. They were also apparently out of Diet Mountain Dew, Diablo sauce and Fire sauce.
