This place is a joke. 45 minute wait for chicken nuggets and happy meals. Then it was cold because they let it sit by the drive thru window like no one knew what to do with it instead of delivering the food to my table. The number on the ticket clearly matched the number on the table sign at my table.

Apparently, this restaurant made me sick when I was… Well, the time I can’t remember. Also, the wait was 25 minutes for a Filet-o-Fish, Double Cheeseburger, Frozen Fanta and 10pc McNuggies, they messed up my mother’s order, my mother told them Hot Honey but they gave us Honey Mustard, and one slice of cheese on my burger was somehow some awful witchcraftery way VERY UNDERCOOKED AND… HARD?!?! As the most enthusiastic 10yo fast-food tester around the Youngstown area, I highly, HIGHLY recommend you go to the one on Midlothian Blvd, because that one is the best one I’ve ever tasted. Also, if I could give this one on Mahoning/SR46 -100 stars, I definitely would.

My burger and my step dad’s was raw. They offered to remake the food and gave us a refund. He said he would bring the food to us. After waiting 30 mins for the remake, my step dad looked at a bag that was sitting on the counter for 5 mins. It was ours, but the lady cashier yelled at him for looking in the bag when nobody claimed it and it listed our sandwiches. She had an attitude and yelled at my step dad. Finally she came back over with the exact bag my step dad looked over reading the sandwiches we ordered. We didn’t know the number because the guy cashier never gave us one yet she’s going to have an attitude when we dont know the number??? Then proceeded to have an attitude and snap back at us. Ive worked in customer service for 8 years. This is not how you treat or talk to customers. The customer is always right; you can’t have an attitude and say its the customers fault. Worst experience ever.

Ordered the dinner box and an extra sandwich. Waited 15 mins after being told a 3 min wait. Fries, cold, burgers, 1 cheeseburger 1 hamburger, 1 of the bigmacs only had 1 patty and the other was burnt. Our nuggies were old. No sauce in the box. Absolutely horrible. This location has never been good but usually the food was edible.

25 min in the drive thru if you are nice and pull up! This is why the the answer should ALWAYS be NO when they ask you if you can please pull up. The 4 ppl behind you should not be the reason you wait 25 min for a mobile order. Cuz you was nice. Ill never pull up again!

Worst Mcdonalds in the country. Ordered breakfast bagels, and they were both burnt to a crisp, and somehow the egg was still cold lol. I’ll never go back. They want $25 an hour and can’t make a simple sandwich.

Paid alot of money to not receive full order. Cashier, although very nice, did not give me my change. Not good when you have to get to work and cannot get these things corrected. Wish I would have seen these reviews prior to going. Will not return.

This is the third time that I have been disappointed with this establishment. The biscuit was not only extra brown. It was hard, the eggs weren’t gorged in scattered all over my big breakfast deluxe tray the pancakes were not stacked on top of each other. They just laid anywhere, I have an allergy to dairy and I asked for Canadian bacon on English muffin with no egg or cheese and I got everything that I was allergic to with no Canadian bacon it was not until I got ready to drive off that I realized I did not have my large sweet tea and those of you that love McDonald’s sweet tea you know you got to have your sweet tea. I’m just at a place where I don’t want to go back. I’m sad because it’s so convenient for me in my line of work.
