I have eating here for a good while now. The people are always very friendly and cheerful. The food is great! The restaurant is always clean. I am so glad they hired the folks they have on staff. I highly recommend y’all come by and eat here. They are not perfect but they come very very close to it. Message to the manager: Tell them they are doing a great job daily. They deserve to be praised.

They delayed my order unreasonably. Then they asked me to move away from the window. I told them there was no one behind me. They still order me to move forward because my presence on the window negatively impacts their “timer”. Still I had to wait another unreasonable time outside the “window” zone. They need to meet the requirements for their “timer”, not make the customers move in order to bypass their timer regulations.

I literally live 3 minutes away from this whaterburger and I went for some food waited 30 minutes to receive cold food went back inside asked for my food remade and it was supposedly remade but it’s still cold i called them to tell them to speak to a manager but the employee argued with me that he made them fresh i honestly don’t see how if my food wasn’t even lukewarm wheen I go to do across the street nice hot steamy tenders whaterburger this is outrageous I didn’t even eat this crap I want my money back order number1562680

Everything was perfect. We went in around lunch time. It was a little full, but we didn’t mind. We were greeted and taken care of right away. The food was coming out quickly . The employees were nice to come around and make sure our food was done correctly. I would go again without a doubt

One of the best i have ever been to. Huge parking lot accessed from the side streets. Handicap accessible building and restrooms. Great service. New building. Clean, bright dining room. Immaculate kitchen. Open 24 hours. Food is fast and hot even when they are busy.
