This place used to be awesome. I just paid $12 for 2 items, both items were half the size of any other taco bell I’ve ever been to. The drive thru guy didn’t even bother saying a single word or acknowledging my existence. When I thanked him, he just shut the window. Between the food and service I don’t know why anyone eats there. Regret going there after returning to the Sault after years. I seriously feel like I was scammed half of my meal. I’m aware of inflation, but burrito was less than half the size of any burrito I’ve ever had at any taco bell, and whatever the new item they had was was apparently over $6 for legitimately 2 bites? Are they skimming? When the service was as bad as it was, I have to question everything. Hate that I was already home before I saw how bad it was. For the price I’m just preordering Jose’s from now on and getting 4x the food and quality and service for the price… Also might as well mention the dude in view through the first drive-thru window eating food in the back where food prep is while wearing all work gear and no gloves, is that standard? Do better.

A few nights ago I placed an order for delivery. For some reason the delivery canceled and I needed to pick it up. It wouldn’t have been a problem if they just refunded me or let a friend of mine pick it up. But nope. Just lost 20 dollars worth of food, and other night it took 50 minutes to make like 3 burritos. There’s better options in the Sault. Don’t go here. The food is good but they scam you.

Great food, decent service, but unfortunately this all let down but how completely disgusting this restaurant is. When I first walked in the most noticeable thing was the terrible stench that hit my nose instantly. It was somewhere between Cat Litter and rotting cheese. I was shocked to see that none of the customers seemed bothered by this awful olfactory assault. As I continued through the Taco Bell I also noticed how it seemed their Janitor must’ve been on strike, as the floors, tables, and just about every surface when observed even remotely closely had a layer of grime and filth. Their drink dispenser looked like it lost a fight to a racoon, with what I can only assume was rust. Further more, it seems as if the restaurant was designed to hide all these awful hygiene related problems, with dim lighting, and the dark, cheaply made marbled surfaces.
The food was pretty good tho prob best taco-bell burrito I’ve ever had not gonna lie.

Pretty good location overall, it’s taco bell so you should know what to expect, it’s tex-mex, with some weird but tasty combinations of delicious junk food.
Man, I wish we had the diablo sauce in Canada, that stuff is fantastic (though it is a shame they don’t have fries supreme).

Better than most taco bells. Tacos had a nice portion of meat, tons of sauce packets in the bag. Clearly arent following corporate recommendations but its awesome.

this place is disgusting. my fries were cold, and the cheese sauce was filled maybe if not, half way. employees were very grumpy and the setting is horrible. food and boxes all over the floor, this place needs help

Went through the drive thru and paid at 5:12pm and it’s been 15 minutes. We are still waiting for our food. If we didn’t pay already we would have left already.
Update: got the food at 5:33. We made a comment about how long we were waiting and the guy said there was only 2 people on staff. I think this comes down to a management issue personally. The food wasn’t hot when we got it. It’s always a fun treat when we cross the border to get something from taco bell but with the now limited menu, broken order speaker, and incredibly long wait times we’re just disappointed.

Tacos were hot and tasted really good. No complaints with the food. Would buy here again. Friendly customer service too. There was no in restaurant dining and no sign to indicate so. It was just drive thru only hence a very long wait in line.

The food is usually pretty crappy, and that’s taking into consideration that it’s a fast food place. Even when it’s not busy then the food is sloppy and over cooked. Overall been very unsatisfactory lately.
