I ordered the new crispy chicken taco and instead I got a petrified chicken taco. I guess they’re either too lazy or they can’t afford to throw it in the trash… instead they’re giving it to the customers. I am not trying more seasonal items. Thanks Taco Bell.

I don’t know what happened to the chicken power bowl, but I will continue to buy it anymore. The last four times I’ve gotten the chicken it was delicious. I can’t even tell how it can be cooked so well. It’s hard dark brown that is either godly or amazing. Identifiable meat. The proportions are also on. This is supposed to have a lot of protein and it does biggest portion is rice which I love. The guacamole always was amazing in it. The service is pretty amazing lately too.

I had ordered from the taco bell app for delivery. Doordash delivered my order but not completely. I i was missing two meals. Cindy the manager not only refunded my money but remade the entire order. She’s amazing and a great asset to the taco bell team

SLOWEST SERVICE EVER!!! Two cars in front of us and they when it was our turn on the speaker they asked us to wait…. Okay no problem. Both cars in front of us left, with their food and they kept us waiting at the speaker for 10mins longer!!! We said we were ready and they asked us to wait longer. When we finally came up to the window they seemed to have an attitude as if they were the ones waiting forever just to speak to someone. Worst Taco Bell service ever, doesn’t make sense to have an empty inside and no cars in the drive thru and still have someone wait 10-15mins just to order. This is just one of several issues I’ve had with this location. 0/10 WONT recommend a friend!

Got 3 chicken chalupa supremes for almost $20 at the Sanford WP ball location today 10/5/2025…..HARDLY ANY CHICKEN inside each one ……what the hell are we paying for ?? This is going way up to corporate….STOP RIPPING OFF THE CUSTOMERS!!!!

I’m absolutely shocked at how poor the service here is. We waited 30 mins for 4 tacos. The staff had zero sense of urgency. They literallymoved like sloths. The drive through was cleared three times before anyone inside got their food. Customer service is on the decline everywhere but this was just wild. Will never go to this tacobell again and will 100% be writing corporate.

Just left the drive through on 11/20 @4:07pm and the gentleman working the drive through window provided exceptional customer service! I love me a good crunch wrap supreme and he recommended getting rice and refried beans on it next time! I should have gotten his name but I hope management sees this and gives him a shout out!

Was told food will be a few minutes(friendly) but took 25 minutes. Regardless of holiday, it did not appear any different than other day. No sense of urgency, 2 people went on break while there. They should have been more realistic and upfront with delay.

Came in here concerned about reviews, but super hungry and wanting Taco Bell. We put in an online order, didn’t wait more than 7-8 minutes for the food. The order was accurate, hot, and portions were well done. The customer service was not lacking. Seriously, we were impressed and we will be back!!
