This place is a Hometown staple and it is a very delicious place. I enjoyed going into Blakes it gave a place and feeling of comfort. The food was very good. Everything was cooked fresh and stayed warm for over 30 minutes.

I’m disappointed with my recent experience at Blake’s Lotaburger in Farmington. The breakfast burritos I ordered were poorly made cold, undercooked potatoes, and stringy bacon. It felt rushed and sloppy, which is surprising because this location is usually much better. I contacted the manager immediately and was given the supervisor’s number. I left a voicemail, but no one has followed up, even after a week. Customer service and food quality both need attention.

If I could give this location no stars I would! We ordered breakfast burritos to go & requested certain things but yet the workers couldn’t follow SIMPLE instructions! The receipt gives you easy breakdown of how to make.

We ordered breakfast burritos to go and requested green side to go on one and they didn’t put it in the bath, my wife chose the number 1 burrito and there was no bacon at all. She also requested it be cut in half and nothing. I requested extra bacon on mine and there was 2 little pieces. This is an absolute joke we only ordered 2 burritos! They had plenty of help there and still couldn’t get simple instructions right. Don’t go to this location. You will regret it. How do you forget the bacon on a bacon burrito? Wow! No common sense.

I’ve never eaten inside. Always use the drive-thru. I’ve had their burgers, but what I really love are their breakfast burritos. I get them 2-3 times a week. My entire family loves them. They don’t skimp on the ingredients, and you can easily modify the ingredients to meet your taste. You can’t go wrong with what you order.

I dislike this location. Called in a order and the guy answering couldn’t understand the number 6 ans told me to order one at a time. Um how hard is it to enter 6 sausage burritos with the green on the side. Of course, I was nice and ordered one at a time for him.
Then they still get it wrong. My burritos had no meat or green sauce on the side or at all. When I called the lady said she can’t help or resolve this issue because they are busy. Customer service woman! Very disappointed.
