Went through the drive through to get diner. First,coffee the server was rushing me to order and added a meal. When I drove up to the window I notified her that my order was wrong. She proceed to have an attitude not letting me explain what my order was. Fi al after some back and forth they forget to give me spicy ketchup, which I ordered. I stayed in the drive through, corrected them on this as well. The young lady at this point was rude and handed me 2. I asked for 2 more because there was 2 meals purchased. She gave me 2 more with an attitude. Man good help is hard to find! O. Top of this my burger bun soggy, like it was soaked in mop water! What a wate!

I’ve been working all night and I came into Whataburger at about 5:45 in the morning. The manager Jessica was so pleasant because I made an odd request. I wanted a breakfast bowl with chorizo and avocado and it felt like grandma was making it for me special because he said I can do that for you and you have a good day and then when she handed me the bag, she realized she didn’t put the avocado in there and ran back and got it. That is a good deal because she was looking out for me I would’ve been so disappointed without the avocado.. Jessica you did a great job. All I wanna know is how do you drive to work with those angel wings on your back? You are awesome. You made me very happy Patrick Johnston customer at the windows thank you very much.

I recently visited this Whataburger location and had an interaction at the counter that I found concerning. While placing my order, I asked for jalapeños on my meal. The employee asked if I wanted them sliced or whole, but due to my partial hearing loss, I did not fully understand what was said. I politely responded by asking her to repeat herself so I could better understand the question.
Instead of clarifying in a helpful manner, the employee (JUDY) the front person responded with a sarcastic remark about jalapeños being hot. This came across as dismissive and unprofessional. As someone with a hearing impairment, it is already challenging to navigate fast-paced ordering environments, and I would hope that staff would respond with patience and understanding when a customer asks for clarification.
I believe it is important for businesses to provide training on how to appropriately communicate with individuals who may have disabilities, including hearing impairments. A simple moment of patience and respectful clarification can make a significant difference in ensuring all customers feel welcome and accommodated.
I am sharing this feedback not only for myself, but for others who may not feel comfortable speaking up in similar situations. I hope this location can take steps toward improving customer service and accessibility awareness moving forward.

We dined in yesterday and cashier inadvertently messed up our order. Manager Noe rectified it quickly and credited our account. Whatacatch meals were delicious and crispy. Staff were attentive to all and dining area was well kept.

Best Whataburger I’ve ever visited.
Clean bathrooms. No waiting with attentive, fast movin’ staff. Food was above standard and quick. Somebody is doin’ somethin’ right. Whatever it is, spread it around to Your other restaurants. This one should be a training store.

Believe the 1 star reviews and stay away. In the drive thru they got both hamburgers wrong, the fries were cold and chewy, the sweet tea was unsweetened, and they didn’t give us a single straw for our three drinks. This place is seriously incompetent and not deserving of your hard earned money.

Stop here a lot! Staff always nice. Food is delicious and fresh. However. Tonight or morning. 10/21. 130 am. Miss Yvette was working. What a wonderful person. She was so kind and so genuine. Victoria is an amazing manager with superb customer service skills and a high level of tact, and business acumen. She was patient and kind, and took a moment to answer my questions regarding various steps and procedures in food prep, and sanitary protocols for Whataburger. We will definitely frequent this Windcrest location, because she made us believe that customer service isn’t dead after all. Our burgers were excellent, but Victoria was truly the bright star, and the catalyst for this review. Thank you so much.

I had an email offer for 3-piece chicken strips with a purchase of a medium fries and a medium drink..the email offer would only accept online or delivery. I have a new phone and had not downloaded the app on my new phone and Egdar honored the email after showing him. My food was hot and delicious!! Thank you for exceptional service!
