Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

My experience today-I been to many whataburgers. This one has a special touch to the food. The seasoning is a bit different that tastes delicious. I can see more seasoning on food specially the fries. Place is big enough for inside and outside too. Staff has great customer service.

My problem with Whataburger is when I was a kid we never ate there cause it was more expensive than other fast food. Well over the past 20 years , all fast food has raised their prices at a faster rate than Whataburger making it affordable for me to eat . Really it became comparable in price but superior for that price in quality. Then last year they raised prices out pricing themselves for me maybe it’s cause it was bought a d under new non family ownership but all meals start over $10 and totals to $38-$45 + for 3 people that’s nuts for fast food sorry maybe I’m cheap but damn I know not many to no one makes min wage now days but it would take a full 8 hr day to buy dinner for 3 at Whataburger just saying

HUGE Breakfast Bowl and My favorite biscuits and gravy! All for $10! Now this Whataburger is in a Perfect location! Large parking lot “enough for a few Big Trucks” 24/7 hours and Double drive thru lanes. I saw 4 RV Riggs parked in this morning! I’m giving this High rating because I actually enjoy whataburger meals and this Perfect location for travelers like me! Brand new building, I think they opened in 12/22, yea about time for one like this especially in Kerrville,Tx Y’all enjoy!

This is actually an excellent “Whataburger”!!! Lately, I’ve been disappointed with the quality of the food, the service had been rude, and the atmosphere, well, I have stopped eating at their establishments. The neglect was pretty evident.

Visiting Texas and other states recently on an over 5000 mile road trip I tried whataburger to see if it lived up to what folks say. It does, the food is delicious the prices affordable and the staff s great. As Arnold would say, I’ll be back , for a Whataburger with fries and a soda. Yum

No extra’s! No napkin, no salt/pepper, no ketchup…never asked. Did not try to upsell…”would you like cheese on that”? Nice guy but staff was just standing around and I had to wait for my food longer than normal at a Whataburger! Needs alot of improvement.

I could list all the problems but I’d be typing for a while. We’ve given them many chances to redeem themselves because management would do their best to make things right (note 2 stars rather than 1), but they are consistently bad. They are always getting orders COMPLETELY wrong, taking forever to get food out, or both. From the reviews I’ve seen, I’m not the only one who has experienced this.

We came by to eat on behalf of our dad that passed away from covid and eat some of his favorite foods. So the person that took care of us was Isaac, such a great guy !! Since I got food for my sister and I we both drove in our separate cars and so I had given instruction to give my sister her food and his vibes and attitude were both great!! Isaac you deserve a raise and that you for your service in our night!!

Went inside ready to order, waited in line for about 5 minutes. Waited 10 minutes for our food. Got to the car only to realize the whole order was wrong! Went back inside waited another 10 minutes to get it. Before we left we realized it was the wrong order AGAIN! At this point I’m really disappointed. Wait another 10 minutes to finally get our food. Lo and behold realize the burger is room temp. Whataburger usually does better, but not today.
