Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Ordered food for my employees via the app. We had 2 patty melt meals, 2 chicken strip meals, a Cobb salad with extra chicken, and a bunless cheeseburger. When picking up the order, it took forever bfor the order to come out. When I got the order, I asked the curbside employee if everything was there, and she hesitantly said yes. I’m not confident everything is there. I checked the order! It’s missing the fries from one of the party melt meals, the Cobb salad, and the gravy for the chicken tenders meal. When I get out of the car to go inside, an employee informs me they’re out of lettuce and can’t make the salad, and go to get the fries. I said, “How are you out of lettuce, and why wasn’t I told She apologize, but couldn’t explain why I wasn’t informed, I asked for a refund and she says she can’t give me one because I ordered on the app. When a manager comes to talk to me, she goes on to blame the first young lady for but informing me and says she can’t give me a refund and have to call. I told her I needed my refund because if you took the money and then got terrible service, missing items, and excuses, why shouldn’t I get my money back? G eventually gave me my money while loudly expressing this wasn’t allowed!!! When I finally get back to work, the food is cold! And the bunless burger looks like dog food! Brown lettuce, everything thrown on a plate, and it looks like it was on bread at one point taken off and thrown on the plate. If I could rate then 0 stars, i would. How have they been open 2 years and still can’t get their system worked out? This is bar none the slowest Whataburger I’ve ever been in – and I used to be a regular at the one in Brenham, which ought to tell you how bad this one is. The entire staff moves with a supremely aggravating lack of any urgency whatsoever. The food is usually correct (assuming I haven’t been waiting so long that I forgot what I ordered) but generally room temperature and served by someone who looks like they’d rather be back in prison.

I’ve been going to Whataburger for many years, but for many years I quit because every time I went no matter where i went the burgers were cold today I went to go do a favor and stopped at Whataburger on the way home It was the first and best hot hamburger I’ve had in ages thank y’all for your awesome customer service and a hot hamburger!!!!!!

Just went there for lunch today. The dude at the second window seemed like he’s rushing me out. He handed my drink which was unsweet tea. I tasted it it was fine there was no ice but when I turned to ask he handed me my food and slammed the window shut before asking if everything is okay. Like who wants a warm tea on a hot day.

Decide to do a midnight run for Whataburger. To start off I’ll admit I’m not the biggest fan but overall Whataburger is good. On this particular trip we took over 30 mins in drive-thru although there was only 3 cars in front of us. The strips I ordered tasted old. I know it is not rush hour so food is not being made as constantly but by how long they took, I figured the food would be a lot better.

Just a doordash delivering for their customer, i have been in a lot of whataburgers, heck, my first job ever was one. I have never seen one as clean and organized, and friendlier and professional staff as this one. The order are pack neatly and handed over with care. Just by that you can say that this staff that has pride in their work, good upbringing and manners don’t just make a burger, They make a WHATABURGER!

I picked up my daughter from work and we made it at the drive thru around 10:25 and never left the drive thru around 11:15 then we ordered our burger mine was a bacon cheeseburger with no lettuce no onions no lettuce the always put to much lettuce, then my daughter ordered a jalapeno burger which they also got wrong we paid $26. Something so we whet back a second time and they got her but right mine how was still wrong they gave me a triple hand Burger need less to say I did not go back a third time. When daughter went in the store the first time the lady was rude and took her atty on my daughter which wasn’t her fault they couldnot do their job the first time around I can honestly say we will never go to that whataburger again . They should get any stars. For the money people pay for the same price you could go to a buffet
