Today i spoken with the manager named Marlon @16:00 to put in a complaint on how i was treated on 12/14/25 by the employee and how my food was handled. On 12/14/25 I ordered 2 grill chicken sandwich without the bun extra lettuce and tomato and extra chicken breast patty I wanted my food to be put in a large salad container gentlemen said that’s fine I pulled up and paid for my order and moved to the next window to get my order at this time there were no customers in drive-thru. The employee that was going to handle my food asked me to pull up i told the employee I would rather stay here because every time they pull me up my order is done wrong or something is missing. So by the facial expressions the employee was annoyed so I also wanted to purchase jalapeño ranch the employee charged me and gave me my change and the change fell i couldn’t get to it so I asked the can he just give me the remaining of my change he stated your change is right there. Then I got my order in a small container where everything was smashed in i complain to the employee and he responded we have any large container and I then asked for a bag and he said we don’t have any i asked for a manager and I complain to him and he apologized and closed the window. So after explaining to the manager Marlon he said I should go to another whataburger since im complain alot and feel that we are not giving you good service. I asked for the general manager and the store manager he stated store manager Nancy will be in next week but don’t bother the outcome will be the same and then he hung up. As a nurse I don’t treat my patients like this. It’s very unprofessional and very disrespectful just because I didn’t want to move up i get treated like this.

I paid $11 for a double burger and fries, and this is the laughable excuse for a double burger they gave me. Irealize that it’s just Whataburger, so you can’t really expect something nice but c’mon. Do yourself a favor, go next door to Chick Fil A instead.

My French fries were cold and stale. Kindly asked for fresh fries they brought me out semi warm medium fry that didn’t taste or look fresh. I hope they can correct the quality control.

I’ve been coming to this Whataburger for probably about 5 years, and this was easily my worst experience. I didn’t open the food until I got home, my mistake (for my family of four), and everything was cold. The bread was stale, the cheese wasn’t even slightly melted on the patty, and the fries were soggy and cold too. On top of that, the wait was about 30–35 minutes, and I honestly believe the food was made early and just sat there the entire time. Really disappointing, especially from a place I’ve gone to for years.

I ordered a grilled cheese and blue Powerade for my little one and this is what I got… the pictures speak for themselves, disgusting. Like 3-4 cheese slices burnt on top of each other. Never going back to this location.

The restaurant was nice and quiet. Everybody was just eating there food. I ordered the number 2 with cheese .they made it fresh and was nice and hot. It tasted like always delicious . The people were friendly. Food was cooked in a good time no more then 15 minutes..

My friend was trying to pick up food after working a double during a freeze at the hospital and the employee had the worst attitude ever. All he asked (After being handed a drink) was “Is this all there is?” The employee proceeded to ROLL HIS EYES and say “Obviously not. I’m waiting on your food.” I wish Whataburger had service like the Chic-Fil-A literally across the street.

The worst food poisoning ever. I don’t know how they managed it, but 3 days later I am still recovering. Ordered a sweet and spicy (or something like that) meal…and within 8 hours I was chucking up my guts!

On Sunday, October 6th 2025, around 9:15 p.m. I experienced very terrible and poor Customer Service and the most unprofessional, evil behavior and unexperienced very young group of employees. I drove up to the Drive-Thru at this location and placed an order for 2 Hamburger Combos and I paid total price around $23.00 with specific instructions. Unfortunately, this very young lady or maybe teenager was very incompetent and not able take my order accurately, after I repeated my order numerous of times. Then, when after I received my order it was still incorrect. This other young lady or maybe teenager by the name of Ms. Johanna that brought out the order to my car became very rude and had a nasty attitude and said she didn’t care and walked away rolling her eyes wickedly, when I explained to her that my order was still incorrect. Also, afterwards, when I proceeded to complain at the Drive Thru window a young group of employees actually all them started laughing inside and proceeded to slam close the window in my face, when I complained about my order. In addition, the food wasn’t that good. I hadn’t eaten at this particular Whataburger location on Pearland Parkway in a year or maybe months. However, the service was better during that period. And, I assume they previously had professional adult like competent employees (workers) who cared about servicing their Whataburger customers and doing their job correctly and accurately. Sadly, the prices for food at Whataburger are very pricey and this type of conduct from employees should not be accepted or tolerated!!! And, obviously this is a reflection of Whataburger’s Management Team!!! Going forward, customers beware allegedly of this particular shady location either Franchise or Corporate Entity. I’m very disappointed really expected better and more of Whataburger, especially, after all the highly publicized televised commercials. smh

The kids working here are nice, they just keep getting my orders wrong lol no cheese is kinda hard to skip over on a cheeseburger and a Monterey melt is different than a patty melt haha idk why they ask me what I want lol
