Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Not really sure who’s working right now, but I wish I could get a refund, my food is overcooked/burnt making it hard. They forgot the salad at first as well, and we had to ask for the dressing. Not good at all….

I ordered a avocado bacon burger and received a burger with no avocado or bacon. The lettuce on the spicy chicken sandwich was old. I wouldn’t say don’t come back here, just make sure to double check your food. It isn’t necessarily the drive thru or cashiers fault (who were very respectful and nice at this location) , mostly always the cooks or managers in the back who fail both their workers and customers. Take your time to check your food, it should be a priority for the team as whole to give you what you paid for.

Sandra displayed an uncooperative demeanor when I sought to rectify an error with my order, despite prior attempts at correction. She insisted on a receipt, even after I explained that the order had already been addressed. I was able to present the receipt digitally, as the physical copy was not returned to me during the initial correction. It is fortunate that I retained this digital proof, as her reluctance to assist was evident. The order, a double-meat Whataburger without cheese or onions, was incorrectly prepared as a single-meat burger with cheese. Her conduct was unprofessional and unbecoming of a managerial role. She shows no empathy or respect for customers.

I went to this whataburger and found out the manager RITA has her employees sitting outside in the drive through in cold temperatures even when it is slow and there is no line. Keep in mind Rita left for the day and had her stay outside in the cold in the dark at 6:00 ….while it was slow. I will be in touch with the corporate office because it reached 34 degrees that day ! That poor young lady was sitting outside there shivering taking my order. Whataburger needs to do better ! Justice for those workers working under a distasteful woman like her.

Went to the drive through and was immediately greeted with a cashier with a poor attitude. I proceed to get my food and both the fries and the burger were ice cold. I don’t even leave poor reviews but this is unacceptable.

I’ve been to this location several times and it’s horrible! Food is always cold, especially the fries, drive thru line moves extremely slow. I decided to give them one last try, but this time it’s my last time! I was served cold fries and a half way cooked burger! I didn’t realize it until I was half way done. I’m completely disgusted and would never eat at this location again! THIS IS THE WORST WHATABURGER! They better hope i don’t get sick!

Been years since I had fast food will be years until I have it again. Only went cuz I had a coupon. 19min in lunch drive through. Got my order incorrect. Cold soft frys. Horrible chili burger with no chips and raw onions. One ketchup one napkin. Does the pic look like the advertising? NO. TUMMY UPSET. TIME TO TAKE DUMP.
