Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I placed an order through DoorDash and our food order was not only wrong but cold and dry as sand. I have always liked Whataburger but after tonight I’m not sure. I’ll make sure I go in person to get food from here on out if I go back. That way we can make sure it’s hot and fresh.

We waited over 30 mins for our food once we finally got it the burgers were cold, the fries were soggy, and the tender meal was missing its dipping sauce and they gave us a slide of a bun as the toast. We had came before to this location couples months back and had the same experience long wait and bad food we wanted to try it again but definitely won’t make that mistake again.

Drive thru is a nightmare. Lobby isn’t much better. Lots of employees but very few actually do anything to serve customers. Can’t remember the last time I had fresh fries or fries that weren’t extremely salty.

My husband just got off of work and was hungry, so we stopped here.. We went thru the drive thru and the girl rushed us the whole time with “Is that it” being said numerous times,I couldn’t get a word in.I asked her why she was so rude to us and she told us to leave the line. When I got to the window I asked for a manager, It was her who took our order but she lied saying it was another employee and then refused to give us her name or corporate number…. This is why I stopped going to what a burger, seems like they hate their job.. This is ridiculous and unacceptable behavior

Easily one of the worst locations in terms of service. The food is the same as other locations. Placed a mobile order, walked inside to realize none of the employees had an understanding of how the computers or mobile orders operated. Several “missing” orders, the guy in front of me was visibly upset because this issue was making him late to work. The guy at the front counter decided to say that was his problem and that he wasn’t going to let this customers frustration change their attitude towards customers — which was terrible. Also not a manager in sight while this was happening. The guy ended up leaving and his order was wrong — the employees just shrugged and told everyone in the restaurant to ignore his bad attitude. Can’t recommend this location by any means. Needs a management overhaul.

Always have a good experience at this Whataburger on this particular night I took my granddaughter for a late night snack and ran into these four Fort Worth police officer’s who were extremely nice and was glad to take the picture with my granddaughter because she wants to be a police officer ‍♀️ ‍♂️

They did a great job getting the food made and fast .The cashier did a great job listening and I did not have to repeat my order. And the manager seemed to be very active with his staff and was helping them.(Don’t see that much in managers nowadays) . I just didn’t like the homeless lady bug eyeing everyone and spreading her stuff everywhere. But hopefully something good goes for her
