Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I had to wait for 16 minutes for just three burgers or the fact that two out of the three of the three burgers were wrong! Also when I went to get a drink the counter was covered fluid to where it got on my arm since I’m in a wheelchair I had to reach right across the stuff to get my drink. Plus the floor of the restaurant wasn’t exactly clean either. I wasn’t impressed at all since they weren’t busy at all as there was only one couple inside and three cars in the drive through. Terrible that a person had to wait 16 minutes for three burgers and a wrong order on top of it and a messy restaurant to boot. Plus they never offered to open a door for me or help me through them and they could see me in my wheelchair plain as day plus they didn’t even say “sorry for the wait”.

One of my favorite locations. Food is always hot and fresh. My only problem is they always forget my ketchup and gravy! Not sure who is ensuring quality and Accuracy but they need to make sure to add the condiments

Having a hard nite at work we stop by at 5AM. Seems there was one in the drive thru and I walked in. The staff was too busy talking to one another to even acknowledge that I was standing at the counter. Finally, I thought a female emp was going to make her way to the counter, when she stopped and turned her back to me and continued her conversation with her fellow employee. FYI the conversation had nothing to do with business. Very disappointed in this location. Needless to say it’s 5:40 AM and I am still hungry. When she decided to ignore me again I just walked away. The store was filthy, trash on tables, and trash cans over flowing.

Andrew was very hospitable and I noticed they came in and got the dining room moving right away! I hope management appreciates Andrew because I definitely noticed a change in the atmosphere with the positivity they brought with them. Andrews customer service was excellent. The food was alright.

The staff are very slow to even acknowledge your presence, they all seem to just not care to be there. They are not mean or with a bad attitude, they just don’t have good dispositions. It’s almost as if they don’t want to bother with others and they certainly take their time with orders. You want to see what the problem is, but you can’t really say anything because you will be filmed and labeled a, “Karen” when it’s posted online forever…but at least the food was good.

No one was at cashier to take my order in dining area I was standing there at least 3 min Had to say HELLO CAN SOMEONE TAKE MY ORDER! The last min before leaving. Only see ppl getting help in drive through. I walk out to spend my money at Chick-fil-A. At least the manager could filled in the cashier spot they need some help hire some more people or up they pay so they want to be there

The service was okay. We got our food pretty quick but we’ve eaten here multiple times since it’s the closest to us and the fries are ALWAYS bad. I made them cook fresh ones once and still bad. I think they must use old oil.

I’m all for having fun at work as it makes a better environment for all. But having fun shouldn’t sacrifice the quality of work you do. One sandwich wasn’t even made (had to ask for it), another made without bacon and it was a bacon cheeseburger for crying out loud. I guess next time I will just go to Braums.

My only concern complaint is that they locked the doors which is against fire code. Food and service were great. Loved the banana pudding shake.
