Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

We had a great customer service experience, the employee was very patient, respectful, polite, courtesy and communicated with great manners and professionalism. I recommend that she be considered to move up toward management, or and trainer. Her name was Christen B as shown on the receipt.

I have gone to this Whataburger for years. It is my go to location even though I have some closer to me. The burgers and chicken are always moist and delicious. The fries are hot with just enough salt. I have probably visited this location for more than 10 years and they have never gotten my order wrong. The associates are always nice and helpful. I will definitely continue going to this location.

This was a drive thru pic up. The young lady that took the order n brot it out 2 the car was exceptional. I wish I had gotn her name. She was SOO pleasant n friendly. I jus wish I got her name bcuz cust svc is so horrible thes days. It was my 30+ yr career so its very important 2 me. I hope they can figure out who it was thru this review.

The workers at the window are usually nice and patient. The only reason I gave a 4 is because they will sometimes put mustard on my burger instead of mayonnaise.

Its horrible. They look like racism asian people. They don’t care customers . I ready order for my food and waiting too long around 45mins and give food for people behind me first . And they just give me order and when I ask them . Never come back again . Bad customer service

I waited in line for breakfast for 10 minutes and no one came to the order station. I noticed there was a guy bringing out orders so I thought maybe he was taking them manually when I spoke to him and told him that no one ever came to the window (after 10 mins) and I didn’t get to place an order when he asked me if I got chicken and biscuits – instead of asking me what I wanted to order – he told me they probably just wanted me to wait because they took the person behind me’s order. I waited a total of 20 minutes to be told that I should have waited for the window… he was very rude and never asked if I wanted to order or what I wanted

Service was a bit slow for our online order. We placed it about 10 min before arriving and while waiting on our food 5-6 other people who came in and ordered from the counter got there food before us. Including some who had to wait about 2-3min before anyone acknowledged him at the front counter. It was a heavily busy drive-through night, but still the service didn’t seem to be fairly distributed or very quick.

By far one of the worst locations. I’ve always had problems when I come here. Most recently – I was in lane 1 of the drive thru at the speaker. Nobody acknowledged me. Meanwhile Lane 2 had at least 5 cars get their orders taken while I waited. I got fed up with the foolishness and went to the one on Cooper instead. I’m done coming here. It never ends well.

Pretty certain my credit card was copied here. Dude was gone way to long with my card. Next day they eating at P.F Changs. Benihana of Dallas is where the card was declined. The local PD was notified. Little prick.
