Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Thanks for a satisfying reunion at Whataburger. I don’t have these stops near enough to frequent and traveling cross country we got to enjoy this golden gem once more! We placed an order on the app and went to pick up through the drive thru. The order was incorrect. They gave us the wrong size drink and we were missing a breakfast platter from the order. The front person told us they couldn’t take the drink back (even though they did not give us what we paid for), then told the kitchen we needed a breakfast platter. While we waited we got a refill on the wrong size drink and the cashier raised her voice to yell that we can’t leave and come back for refills. We never left, y’all messed up our order. Your cashier should receive some support and training on how to make errors right.

I was visiting from out of town. Stopped here for breakfast. The service was quick and customer service was great. I was particularly impressed by the fact that I was given condiments without asking. The food was great and so was the service. Definitely recommend this location.

Wow rude drive thru

For the very first time ever. My drink taste like cleaner or something like it. That was definitely not rootbeer. I don’t know what the heck that was. Some kind of chemical. The kind your body knows it’s a chemical. – this review is for the 2727 new Boston rd store

This place used to be so good but I just went and had a horrible experience!!
1. The girl in the drive thru was practically screaming in the mic, she was nice but super loud.
2. I sat in line for about 20-25 minutes only to pull up to the window and see everyone goofing off in the back.
3. No one had no idea what they were doing or what was going on.
4. I received my order with no ketchup or napkins in the bag and the fries weren’t even salted at all and tasted like old oil.

This used to be my favorite place but it’s not what it used to be. I don’t know if they are short staffed or just don’t care but it was RIDICULOUS and I have never sat in a drive thru so long!! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because at least the people weren’t rude

At 9:00 Sunday, I was 6th in line at the drive thru. A young Whataburger team member came out, cleaned the drive thru stand and trash area at the backing the store. He stopped to greet a lady on a walker whom I’d observed struggle across the parking lot. He smiled, greeted her (as he did all us ‘waiters’) n escorted her in the entrance! Kudos to this employee n all (including Brit at the window) as they were having to bake fresh jalapeño biscuits). Y’all do great customer which we appreciate! Yummy food, too!

The food is perfectly fine whataburger food. However, they kept trying to order for me instead of letting me tell them what I want which caused them to get my order wrong and then the supposed fix also wrong. After 2 wrong I just ate it but the experience was kind of irritating.

Late night stop. Food was good, a little mix up on the order, but we survived. Area looked a little sketchy, but like I said it was a late night stop, and the drive thru was pretty quick.
