I ordered the new grilled cheese cheeseburger and it was A GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT! First of all it looked nothing like the picture and the description was beyond a LIE. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO CHEESE PULL ANYWHERE ON THIS SANDWICH. They poured an excess amount of sauce on it to make it look like it was cheesy i guess. This will be my last time coming here and I actually used to enjoy coming here. WHAT A GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT!!! The best thing about tonight’s dinner was our server, Brittany was AMAZING. She went over and beyond to fix the mess up of this sandwich.

What a waste of time and money. I could have picked up a better quality steak and put it on the grill for the waste of my time and money I put into the restaurant. 1) The steak was over cooked from medium well, tough and poor quality meat; 2) Steak meal was missing second side (rice); 3) I requested onion topper but it included mushrooms which I do not like; 4) the order was 30 minutes later than promised but 5) the boneless wings must have been ready on time so not timing it all better, they were almost cold and tasted like they had maybe been microwaved at least once, causing them to loose the freshness if they had been freshly made.

Visits before were horrible service. This time our server was great! However, the food was lackluster. The Chicken Tenders were about the size of a finger, took a picture. My husband had the chicken breast, which was not tender AT ALL and was burnt on one side. We ordered the mix&match appetizer, the shrimp were miniscule. Food was not worth the money.

Terrible experience with some of the servers. A young black female with dreadlock extensions kept looking at me and rolling her eyes at me. Mind you I have never seen her before nor have I ever met her before. She made me feel very uncomfortable. She kept giving me evil looks She did not greet me or my husband. She came to our table to bring our to go order an just threw it on the table and left. She kept looking at me then looking at the other servers to look at me. The lady who served our table was very pleasant. Applebees needs better servers with better attitudes. I will not be returning to this location.

Waited ten minutes, maybe even longer before someone got our drink order (party of 4). Paxton a manager came and served us and stated they were short staffed. She was nice and friendly. The garlic green beans were great however the riblets were dry, overcooked-recooked and were uneditable. The four cheese mac with honey pepper tenders tasted like water was mixed in it although the presentation was there. Waste of money. The kids meals with fries were good. Mozzarella sticks solid 10 though!

Went to have lunch today. We sat down and waited 20 minutes before Anyone ever came to get our drink orders. There was only a handful of people and maybe 2 waitresses. We left and drove to the north east side to chillis. Chillis is packed, but yet we were seated in a timely manner and had drinks in less than 2 minutes of being seated. Long story short, this establishment Is long overdue for a complete overhaul or just simply closing the doors.

We should have turned around and left after we asked if they could adjust the AC warmer, it was quite chilly. Our waitress w a s nice enough to move us to a table not directly under an ac vent. She told us that they were trying to adjust the ac but it continued to pump out cold air throughout our visit.
My French Onion soup arrived cold with a hockey puck of congealed cheese on top, the second one arrived hot but not Steaming hot…and tasted like dishwater
The Chicken Bacon cheese sandwich was great, my wife loved the grill cheese burger, but the whole experience was ruined by the Frigidaire temperature.
My weather app said it was 69 degrees outside when we left, it felt so much warmer than the restaurant.

Came in and got seated quickly. Placed our order and then we got some plates but no silverware. Waitress said she would bring some out waited ,waited, then another waitress comes by we tell her we need silverware as she had just brought us salads. She said ok and nothing. We see our waitress go to other tables and we just sat there .Got her attention told her then a few minutes later got our silverware.
Food comes out and it doesn’t look appealing. I get its a pasta dish but pasta was drowned in sauce and oil. It was cold as well. There was absolutely no flavor. The chicken tasted like the kind they sell in stores in frozen section. The bread and lemonade where ok .
Wouldn’t recommend.

Needs to do better, if I could give 0 stars I would. Sat for over 20 mins waiting to put drink order in and another 20-30 waiting for drinks while we could literally see them sitting at the bar getting warm, then the waitress ganna plop all our drinks down infront of mom with attitude and when mom said really ganna us attitude like we the problem and lord you say something to the manager he dont care and looks at you like you crazy. I could understand if your understaffed or busy it taking a while but no there was plenty of wait staff just standing around doing nothing. Super super rude staff!
