Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The worst service ive ever had múltiple times but this time i ordered 2 meals through the drive through and i get home to NO MEAT in both my Burgers. Went back and the manerger didnt apologize. They dont care. They have alot of workers theres just talking not working. They take foreverr.

Service is much too slow for a FAST food place. I went through the drive through and order one meal and was told to pull forward and wait for my food to be brought out to me. Tel minutes later still not food, when I went inside the woman in the front asked the back if it was ready and I could here them all looking around for my food. It was found and she just handed it to me with no apology or reason for the wait. I won’t be back and don’t recommend if you are in a hurry.

Sooooo slow. I ordered ahead and waited in the drive-thru, but it took about 10 minutes for them to take each order, so I went inside to pick up my order. This was not better. My order wasn’t ready until 30 minutes after the app said it would be. The employees aren’t apologetic and do not seem to care to pick up trash from the floor. The excruciating wait in combination with the lackluster service are the reasons I won’t be returning here. The actual food was fine, but that isn’t enough.

Went to Whataburger at 9am on a Sunday (they are usually not busy on a Sunday morning) I ordered a honey chicken biscuit and some fries. They took more than 30 minutes to bring out my food. There was virtually no one in the drive thru line, and only two other cars in the parking lot. Not sure why it took so long for two items, but this isn’t very good service. The biscuit was dry. Please Step it up Whataburger.

Was told this was the best Whataburger in East Dallas…went there today and was not impressed. The burger and fries had so much salt I lost my appetite. The sweat tea was very sour and not fresh. This was at noon so everything should have been ready and fresh.

Just visited this location this evening and placed a mobile order on the app, just choosing the location that came up first. I had just worked about a 14 hour shift and was barely clinging to consciousness, and didn’t realize I had made the order for the wrong location. I got up to the window, and instead of being annoyed, a manager came up and quickly made the order for me. After a rough day at work, I really appreciated being taken off despite the mistake being made on my end. I love this location because of the great service they provide. Manager dude, you made my day, thanks again!

I walked in to this whataburger today with the mindset of walking out upset like many other times before. It’s the closest location to me so that’s why I keep going. I was surprised, no I was shocked at the difference in how it went this time. There is a young manager there, maybe he’s new, but he was great. The customer line was short. Orders were taken fast. He greeted everyone coming in, switched to cashier, then kept going to the back to check on his crew. The place was running the best I’ve ever seen since this location opened. Kudos to this young man. I’m not sure of his name I think it was Ivan, from his name tag, but he was doing so much im not sure if I read it right.

Today was probably top 5 worst experiences I’ve had at this restaurant…. when they first opened this location service and food quality was excellent…. but has since went down hill bad… today the roads are icy and not safe so in the way home we wanted to get something fast for the kids to eat and something for the wife. We order from the drive thru and we waited at least 25 to 30 minutes to get to the window to our order….. we get home and to our food and the fries were cold and tasted old and my wife’s chicken on her salad was old and looked like it was from last month….so we drove back up… before we came back we talked to manager Chris on the phone when I get here to speak with him he sends another worker up to take care of us stating he was busy… where’s the accountability the apology, the acknowledgment? Upon arrival there a worker smoking Right on front of the door also as the cherry on top why do I want to walk through smoke entering into a facility where I’m going to enjoy food…..? Lastly when I got home with my cold fries because my kids were hungry I had to air fry my fries so they can enjoy them Make it make sense….Tammy was the best part about this whole fiasco….

Usually whataburger is great with high volume, but so many things went wrong. They shut the drive through down for cleaning at one of the most busiest hours, then when I walk inside, I wasn’t greeted for at least 5 minutes to order my food. At least 6 employees walked by me without saying a word and no one was at the register. Even the manager came out twice and there was no eye contact until he finally came out a third time and tried working the register, then he disappeared. Finally my order was taken and then I find out they’ve run out of large buns. Someone needs to get this location under wraps cause the service is absolutely horrible
