Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I have never had problems before with this location but tonight was a different story. My order was to have the Honey BBQ chicken strip sandwich dry. I get home and there was still sauce on it. I knew I wouldn’t be able to eat it and there was too much sauce to wipe off, I went back to tell them my order was wrong. He fixed me a new one but this time it had the toast on it instead of the bun I had originally ordered and this time no onions I ordered either. it was like he didn’t bother to read in entirety what I had ordered. Worst experience I have had at this location. Might take me some time to order from them again in fear of my order being wrong.

Staff was friendly and provided prompt accurate service. Food was satisfying and tasty. The cleanliness could use a little work, but the customers also weren’t doing a very good job of attending to their messes. A guy dumped his drink on the floor and left.

RUDE! We waited in line for 20 minutes for our food. They brought our drinks out over 10 minutes before our food came out. We didn’t complain about the ice melting. Then they tried to bring us someone else’s food. We ordered 3 combos and they brought us 1. We finally get our food and when we get home we realize the order is wrong on 2 of the burgers. So we have to pack it back up and go back. The man at the counter didn’t want to remake entire meal although we explained that the only burger made right has gotten cold at this point. He begrudgingly took the receipt to remake the food. We waited about another 15 minutes. There was no apology. No kind words. NOTHING! Their service is awful! I suggest any other Whataburger.

Ok we as customer pay money for our food and expect to eat and not hear cussing and the N word over and over why we are eating our food. The sad part is it’s one of your employees that is using profanity and bad words in front of customers. We don’t need that because this is a great place to eat and enjoy our meal. We have to do better…

Took over 15 minutes. Burger was supposed to be mustard and cheese only. They bring a double burger loaded with Mayo. They bring a different burger that is luke warm at best and the cheese is not even melted. I will never eat at this location ever again.

Took over 40 minutes to receive food, patty melt was dry, burger dry and fries over cooked. Inside the restaurant had lots of very angry customers waiting. Oh and the drive-in line was even worst. Whataburger food is definitely not like it used to be.

Ordered online at 8:15, eta was 8:30 and I only live 8 minutes from the store. We get there at 8:30 and we wait for our food until 9:10. We saw several people come in, order, and leave before we received our order, and when we did, the Coke was out of syrup. How do you not notice the coke looks like tea? Absolutely wack.
