Every waffle I’ve had has been so good!!
The blueberry-lemon is my favorite and the Monte Cristo is a super close second. My kids love the blueberry lemon with a bunch of other fruit on it too. Everyone is super friendly and the owners are pretty awesome people

What About Waffles?! Is absolutely amazing! Owners David & Desiree and family are so welcoming to their guests and always treat them like they’re #1! My go-to is “The Donice”, which is the Blueberry Lemon Curd with strawberries and bananas topped with whipped cream and lemon zest, served on the Brussels waffle. You’re welcome!

Absolutely incredible. We were visiting the area, went to this truck, had a hard time deciding so after being blown away by the waffles we passed around between us, the day trips got planned around where What About Waffles was going to be!
