Asked for 4 Hot Sauces at the drive through, it was entered in as 2 Hot Sauces for some reason… The girl who took payment asked again, “Any sauce?” and I replied “Fire sauce, please”. A minute later she brings me my order with 5 Hot sauce. How do I ask for Fire sauce twice and you’re gonna let me pull away without Fire sauce? Getting an order right is like pulling teeth here, and it’s always been this way.

Okay, I understand this is a taco bell. I’m not expecting wonderful service but I do expect to receive the items I paid for. The staff that was present on Oct 4th at 10pm seem unable to understand that. The what I’m assuming is the manager is incredibly rude. I get my food and go home to realize I don’t have all my items so I go back. She then trys to argue about it like I’m cutting into her allotted daily taco stipend. And then when they remake half of what they forgot they give me the wrong thing AGAIN. Allow me to help you understand this. A crunchy taco is “hard” and a soft taco is “soft” hence the name. This is the worst Taco Bell anywhere service wise. Don’t know why I am dumb enough to continue to walk into this place. I keep giving them a chance and I am disappointed every time this is fast food, it took 19 minutes today to get a lux box and a Mexican pizza. Just Taco Bell is owned by Mickey Mart… Their corporate offices should come in here and take a look at this manager and fire them immediately. This is not a one-time experience here, these people are working. A minimum wage job should be paid. Minimum wage higher an extra person. I have never seen service this bad at a Taco Bell ,ever! I do not especially like leaving bad reviews for businesses. The food is fine but the service is horrible. Every time I come in here…. I will not be revisiting this particular Taco Bell. This was their last chance.

Not to sure why this location is even open anymore. Forget your sauces every time, and you can be the only car in the drive thru you’ll still get the wrong food. And they’re the only location without the build your own lux box.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too, made a decent sized order all of the burritos look liked they smeared a small amount on them for flavor and called it good to barely give them flavor and tiny. One of the sodas we ordered food was already flat and the Baja blast was just carbonated water no favor disgusting food and terrible service.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The countless times we have come to this location and I have looked the other way after they forget stuff or give us the wrong order has finally hit the end point. I’ll never go here again. I’d rather drive 20 minutes to Amherst just to get my food. The food is always nasty, they don’t give you the correct items. You get to the speaker and they say hold on for 15 minutes then they finally take the order. It’s just nasty and the worst. When I was a bit younger I worked for taco bell and my managers would have fired me on the spot if my quality of work looked like this.
Honestly I use to get paid $7.45 an hour to work therr as a kid abd nowadays they get a lot more and there shouldn’t be an issue. I would have never complained because I try to see the best in people and understand not every night is a good night but for the last 3 years it’s been awful.
