Service and atmosphere:
I normally don’t make reviews unless it’s made a big enough impact that I have to say something. I love trying garlic chicken pizzas (white sauce pizzas) any place that has them. So far the only place that has the best white pizza is Big Cheese in Walla Walla. Today, December 29th around 5pm I decided to try Westside. Immediately as I walked in I was greeted by a very sweet cashier, answered all my questions and even repeated my order back to me to make sure she heard me correctly before having me pay! I ordered the Chicken Garlic and Bone in Honey Habanero Dry Rub wings. In the middle of ordering I heard what I assume a manager maybe the owner having issues with a different customers order. When I sat down the sweet cashier asked him a simple question about the issue with the order and she immediately got scolded by the manager for “interrupting” what he was doing. The girl got bright red but stayed respectful to him. The whole 20-25 mins I waited for my food I listened to the way he would talk to the other employees to make sure maybe I wasn’t overthinking but he was definitely very condescending and passive aggressive to all the employees. As someone who’s experienced both being an employee and a manager, I would never speak to my team in such a manner and especially not in front of customers. Experiencing it on the customers end it’s very uncomfortable having to watch that. I understand running a restaurant is stressful but you need to still be able to handle the stress and still keep that professional attitude and level head. This is a fairly new establishment and my advice if you want to keep your turn over rate low, pull your employees away from everyone and have a conversation with them and in a respectful manner, don’t yell at them in front of a bunch of people and embarrass them. They are not your kids, there still needs to be a level of professionalism.

The wings were phenomenal paired well with the ranch!
The pizza was okay, I think i’d still drive the hour to get big cheese. I’ll have to give other pizzas on the menu a try before deciding if i’d come back again. So far not the best first impression.

A small step above frozen. Crust was just ok, and the sausage was pretty rubbery without much flavor. Sauce did not really have a taste.
It is hard to complain when my pizza was free because I had a coupon, but…if I had paid it would have been $16 (plus tax) for a medium 1 topping. That seemed high.
Overall, I probably won’t go back unless my freezer is empty and Little Caesar is closed.

We’ve been seeing the Westside Pizza brand around the state of Washington for quite a while. Had our first opportunity to try a pizza tonight at the Richland Westside Pizza. Small footprint with a cool vibe in the restaurant. Solid classic pizza. Light butter crust, nice tangy sauce, healthy amount of cheese with nice pull, crispy pepperoni, and a tasty dusting of Italian seasoning on top. We all enjoyed the pizza. The guy pulling the pizzas out of the oven was working really hard. Service was great, and they were hoppin’. Lots of pizzas going out the door. Definitely going back again soon!

The Tropical Heat pizza will blow your socks off. Freaking outstanding!! Worth a firstborn.
The breadsticks were not good, I won’t order those again – flat and chewy, not soft and bready.
But that pizza deserves all 5 stars. So stoked to have found this place!!

Tried this place out on Friday with 2 different pizzas and an alfredo pasta. The pasta was delicious! Normally, any other pizza place barely put sauce on but they had it nicely covered (but not overly covered). I had a no sauce pizza and what made it very sweet was they called after I put in my online order to double check that is what I wanted. Extra step for caring! The pizzas were not over greasy. Will be coming back for them again!

Honestly, price gouging mediocre pizza. We ordered 3 different pizzas. All terrible. Not worth the time or price. There is better pizza in Tri-Cities that is fairly priced. Brickhouse, Mod, Papa Murphy’s, even Little Caesers. Side note: The crust on Westside’s pizza is top-tier. Only good thing about it.

I grew up in a town with a Westside, and since moving to Kennewick in 2014 I’ve been patiently waiting for one to open here as I was immediately disappointed with all the local pizza options. My best friend who also moved here around the same time has literally had me pick up Westside when I’m traveling and had me bring it the four hour trip home because even old Westside is a better pie than most other places.
This week I picked up three large pizzas from Westside here in Richland. A Chicken Bacon Ranch, Tropical Heat, and Meat Mania, and proceeded to eat Pizza for five meals straight.
Did not disappoint, despite 12 years of hype.

Honestly surprised by some of the reviews that are listed on here. Please give this place a try! You will not regret it! I absolutely love this place and we try to come out once or twice a week!
First discovered them in yakima and am so excited they are closer! Friendly staff welcoming atmosphere and great food all around! Deals and point system are amazing and savings are great. They will also help you save more if they see you could have made a deal rather than full price.
I love the fact you can get awesome chicken wings with great sauce options! Also when ordering highly recommend well done! I love that you give that option online too! Pizza is great. Classic pepperoni and chicken garlic pizza are our favorites! Does not taste frozen and better than alot of the nation wide chain companies!
I saw a comment about wait times! I’ve been during super busy times and am still treated with a smile from staff members and welcomed. I have never had but a few minutes of additional wait once I arrive! At least i know my food has not been sitting there as I see it coming out of the oven.
