There’s no words to describe how good these wings were! The Korean bbq flavor was AMAZING!! Also enjoyed the Bulgogi fries as well. When it comes to Bibimbap, the meat was a small amount. Everything else was great though.
The service was excellent, Marseides was soo sweet and gave us an amazing dining experience!

Bonchon never disappoints when it comes to flavor. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and well-seasoned as always — both the wings and drumsticks were really satisfying. The tacos were also a nice surprise, fresh and flavorful, and paired well with the chicken.
The only small downside was the service. It seemed like the staff was pretty busy, so things felt a bit rushed and we didn’t get much attention. Nothing major or deal-breaking, just something noticeable.
Overall, still a solid experience with great food. I’d definitely come back, especially for the chicken.

Had the absolute pleasure of dining at Bonchon West Fairfax during the evening rush. Although the restaurant was busy, my server Jayden, made the experience seem laid back and relaxed. I am extremely pleased with the service as I am with the food. All of my food was clearly freshly made and had great texture as well as taste. Jayden made sure that I was well taken care of up to the last detail such as full dipping sauces and drinks filled to the brim. I cannot express in words how great my experience really was. Other special thanks go to both Johnathan and Thai, who would also check up on my table periodically.

But the main reason the visit stood out was the customer service from our waiter, Fatih E. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind the entire time. He made sure everything was perfect, kept our drinks filled, and checked in at just the right moments. His service honestly elevated the whole experience.

I like this bonchon more than the one in Fredericksburg. The menu here is different. I like the ambiance. Shout out to Caleb, our server. He was so attentive and polite. I love the bulgogi tteokbokki. I thoughtfully recommend it. I odered the rice cake (bulgogi tteokbokki) it is so soft and flavorful. The bulgogi fries tasted good also. I give it a 5 stars. Overall, it was good. If you like fried chicken then this is your new fried chicken place.

I ordered Bulgogi and maybe that’s not the thing to order here because it was terrible. No flavor in the beef, it was dry and the color of the beef didn’t seem right either. Disappointed.

We visited for the first time and it really wasn’t what we expected. We ordered wings as an appetizer and they were the last thing that arrived. They said the kitchen works differently and they don’t serve appetizers. The chicken sandwich tasted strange, like rancid chicken. We then asked why the prices appear on the menu and the receipt shows different prices. Apparently the manager got upset and said she would charge us the difference and we should leave. Is that really customer service to you?

I definitely like the atmosphere and the way the food was presented. The fried chicken was very good as always and I enjoyed the loaded fries too. My waiter served with a smile on his face and he was incredibly friendly. Great location to eat Bonchon!
