First time ordering from here. Pizza was very delicious and didn’t take too long. I’m confused why I got two different sized pizzas when both I ordered were same size? I like supporting local businesses but spending over $50 on two pizzas and tip, and not getting the size you ordered or paid for, is discouraging. Service was friendly and takeout process was easy ordering online.

I ordered a pizza from Westside online 2-27-26. The driver was maybe 10 or 15 minutes late arriving, she had some trouble with the address. No big deal. I went to pay with a debit card since I had chosen the option to pay at the door, but the driver hadn’t been provided with a card reader…??!? I didn’t have cash bc the pay at the door option said NOTHING about cash only. As my pizza is getting colder, I tried to get back to my order to pay online, but the website wouldn’t allow it since I already chose the door. Driver called the manager, he asked her helpfully about 4 times “she doesn’t have CASH???” Still no cash from the ATM machine in my house. He then instructed the driver to return to the restaurant with the now cold pizza that will I’m sure be eaten by the kitchen who made it without paying for it. No solution offered, no attempt to work with me by anyone other than the driver who was unable to resolve anything. Last time I will ever patron West side pizza.

Greeted at the door pleasantly. Had a coupon and it was honored with a smile. Got the pizza home and it was tasty! Crust was perfect, toppings were good, cheese was tasty and overall it was a great pie. Never had a bad pizza. Will definitely be back!

Once again I don’t even know if anyone is even there. I placed an order an hour ago and once again, other than the email confirmation, I have yet to receive any other notification. I’ve called three times and no answer. Your teams communication skills, and value for your customers at this location is way beyond inconsiderate. The last time this happened to me I waited almost three hours and even went to the location to see what was going on. I was met with nothing but rudeness about there being no dough. I left and returned an hour and a half later to see nobody working and my order still on the screen while others were in boxes. I was beyond irritated at this point. You people have excellent product, but absolutely no value for the service that is supposed to accompany that product. Your lack of empathy and understanding towards your customers is appalling at best and it’s insulting that you don’t respect the most valuable currency we give you and that’s TIME!!

What a treat! I’m glad I came back to Bremerton to try Westside Pizza (instead of paying a lot more in Seattle!!!) Not only is the pizza amazing, the staff treated me like family (only they didn’t expect me to do the dishes!)

I feel I must add an update to the review. After realizing we may not be receiving our pizza, we ordered from another spot. As luck would have it, about 2.5hrs after our initial order, we received our alternative pizza order and the original WestSide order. So the pizza was delivered after all and now we have way too much food. Some communication would have been nice, but appreciate that the order was ultimately fulfilled.
We ordered a pizza for delivery after receiving an online coupon. Coupon code did not work. “Oh, well. Let’s still go for it. We’re in the mood for pizza” we thought. Placed the order, received confirmation, and got the tracker text. Should be ready in about 30 minutes. After an hour and no updates on the tracker, we called to check on it. Phone rings and goes to a full voicemail. Call again and it no longer rings. Now here we sit, nearly two hours later, hungry, pizza-less, and a $50 charge pending. Im remembering now that this has happened to us once before, and other negative reviews shows this isn’t uncommon. Unfortunately we shan’t be patronizing this establishment again.

The staff was super cool. This was the first time I or my wife had been here. This place has the best costumer service we have had in a long time since moving back here to Washington from lasvegas. The Manager was super helpful. The meat pizza was awesome. And my calzone was soo good. My wife and I both said we would eat here again. We were at the Sylvan way location today 11-08-25 . At 1205 pm
