We have enjoyed Domino’s pizza for a long time, and the fact that we could order what we wanted in a pasta bowl was great, we have people that dont enjoy pizza as much and would like an alternative… the pasta was that but now it has changed for the worst… it comes in 3 types now… 5 cheese, just alfrado cheese, or chicken alfredo… so cheese, cheese or cheese with some chicken. And as if thats not enough of a perfect it has been pre-measured so you only get half as much as you used to… unacceptable!! The price didnt change at all…. this needs to be changed to go back to being able to add the toppings we want and back to a decent portion size IT DICTATES IF WE ORDER FROM YOU OR A NY PIZZA PLACE!!! Even if it is more expensive at least we get what we pay for…. this is hurting your buisness big time!! Fix it ASAP! For the sake of your company.

To the store: your 40% deal through the app is making me choose you over Little Caesars, and the quality is no comparison. I work at an apartment community close by, and I just want to say that offering advertisements and deals or small specials for new residents at communities usually works wonders. New communities are being built all around us and local food joints are expensive!

We ordered on the app and the food wasn’t delivered for over 2 hours. We called a couple of times to get an update and they just kept saying they were waiting for a driver. By the time the food was delivered it is barely warm and not fresh. If you order here be sure to get carry out.

Overall we love Dominos and if I am just rating the pizza I give it a strong 4 out of 5. I think this is fair because it’s our go to quick pizza spot so this a respectful rating but please don’t order the salad it isn’t made to order like at some of the other local pizza chains it’s pre packaged and kinda weak for 7.99 the same price as the 3 topping pizza , I expected more. I give the salad a 1 star . I order carside pickup and normally the 2 minute timer stops but once I did get the free pizza. Truly, I don’t sweat the free pizza if not delivered in 2 minutes. I mean the marketing is cool but I am not crying over not getting a free pizza because of a short staffed restaurant not getting to my car or a stopped timer that’s crazy and I’m not that petty or privileged. I like Domino’s always have, I’ll be back.

How would you like your pizza? Stuck to the top of the box or deep dish? You can get both at Domino’s on University. Not only that, i called to have this inconvenient fallacy corrected with room for reconciliation. “Shawn” OR “Sean” OR “Saun” OR Shaun” from management refused to tell me his last name, told me that he needed to see the pizzas first, told me he would not fix the problem if I left a negative review as I told him I was, and when I went to pick up the corrected pizzas, the black guy in the front told me that he did not see an order under my name or address but would let me get the pizzas despite telling me that he believes otherwise. No matter how much the kids love those pan pizzas, Never have I been called a lie and disrespected from a franchise such as this 1.

Absolutely the worse dominoes ever I payed for extra cheese and isn’t have it everything I asked for and payed for they did opposite! The manager re made all of my food and guess what. Everything was exactly the same way . NEVER AGAIN!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DOMINOES GO TO TGE ONE ON MAIN ST!
