Fastest drive-through Starbucks I’ve ever experienced and I frequent Rogers Maple Grove in Saint Michael quite a bit. Man is Saint Michael fast! The line was to the entrance – it moved so fast. Less than 10 minutes and I had to be 15-17 cars back. Mark was also at the window,!pleasant and smiling. Great way to start my day!

Our 2 year old tripped over her own feet and fell. The staff responded so quickly to our request for a cup of ice and went above and beyond and gave us a bag of ice with a towel to use for the ride home. So quick and thoughtful!

I come here often before work. The drinks are either ambrosia of the Gods or ice water depending on the day/staff. An issue I repeatedly face is asking for light ice/extra base. I repeat this order every day yet they can never do even one of those. I always get it horribly off color and filled top to bottom with ice despite my requests. And heaven forbid you want it fixed, they’ll snatch it out of your hand and sigh. I worked as a Starbucks Barista Trainer for 3 years and I know this is not how it goes. I’ve started leaving if it’s anyone but the kind manager at the counter because I know it’s gonna suck otherwise.

Every time I order any sort of refresher based drink, it’s never consistent. I also always ask for normal ice, and every time get light ice. The last time I had gone to this location, the strawberry acai lemonade I got was purely strawberry base and light ice. Which was not what I asked for. It’s a disappointment from management, not employees, to not be prioritizing the quality of the drinks, and for not taking the time to continuously train staff with consistency. The company is far too established and wealthy to be serving their guests with drinks that would be better made at home. :/

I’ve been here a few times now and each and every time I go through drive thru customer service is terrible! Terrible attitudes! Snotty! Since opened this has always been the worst starbucks so I usually give rogers my business instead. Lady at the drive through window who was working today’s shift October 18th at 2:30. You weren’t tipped due to your attitude and half frozen food you served to me. I will continue to leave these reviews when this happens. Tell your boss I says hi, not impressed. See previous reviews I’ve left for more insight.

I used to order everything on the app – I live 2 miles away so I would make my order while at home and then take my leisurely drive up there, always arriving within the 4-7 minute mark which is what the app would tell me. More often than not, the employees are obviously irritated that I’m there in that time frame, saying my order isn’t ready and I might have to pull around if anyone comes behind me. It’s happened so many times now that I don’t order ahead anymore, if they want to take the time to listen to my order, make it immediately and go through the payment process at the window, fine. More work for them I guess.
Most employees are friendly, the brunette/heavy set manager is pretty rude most of the time. Donny is always friendly and happy.

Came inside Sunday morning. They were busy at drive up. The staff was friendly & fast. Coffee was perfect. Only complaint, the tables, floors and chairs in sitting area was filthy. The staff was constantly cleaning behind the counter but no one came out to sweep floors or wash tables. They look like it wasn’t cleaned after Saturday night close. But I’ll be back because the coffee was great and the staff was super friendly not only to me but to everyone that came by.
