I asked for a plan cheese burger do to my daughter having food allergies when I got her burger it had no cheese on it so I sent it back and the guy behind the counter made the snarky comment who orders just a burger so I explained to him, I ordered a plain cheeseburger because my daughter has celiac disease. After saying it twice the guy mumbled something too low for me to hear and this is what I got back. See picture.

This place is disgusting. Selling burgers with moldy buns on more then one occasion. I’ve had hair in my chicken sandwich. And the Fries have been ice cold. It’s just not a well run place. They don’t know how to cook edible food. And they haven’t taken the multiple opportunities of correction to this because i know I’m not the first to complain. This place is nasty. I do not recommend this place at all.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant!! Waited at the order window for 15min because I was told there was only one person working… 15min later I was told that person left and that they were going to close the restaurant until the afternoon. I will never eat at this location again. The other reviews tell it all!!! Believe them.

Received 1 wrong sandwich out of 3 the past 2 times we have been to Burger King in Antigo. Should have been 2 Whoppers and an original chicken sandwich which was ordered 1st. Received 3 Whoppers. Sandwich meat was cold but half the fries were hot. Only 1 vehicle in front of us.

Was just in drive thru and spent 10mins waiting for my turn to order. As I pulled up 1 pickup with a single driver went up to window. 10 mins go by and none of the 2 cars ahead of me where served. Decided to go to Dairy Queen down the road instead. Got to DQ and there’s 4 cars ahead of me yet I still get my food in less then 3 mins… what does that tell u about speed and service…

French fries wasn’t cooked all the way. The line was long, that was ok until the guy working the drive thru kept talking to his friends not letting the rest of us to get hot food. The other 2 guys standing inside was standing around talking. There was several cars behind me waiting. One lady turned around and said she wasn’t waiting. Sad because Burger King used to be my favorite.
