I had ordered a stromboli and a calzone from the bar to go. The bartender was great, atmosphere was nice. The food however was VERY disappointing. They both were long and flat as a pancake. There was hardly any filling in either one, but had an overload of garlic on top. Pictured is the calzone, ham, mushrooms and spinach.

The food is not consistent. We have been going here on and off for over ten years. We had stopped going for a long time due to being served raw and frozen food, learning quickly to stick to pizza and wings- another mistake.
We went today and ordered a Greek salad for the table. We were charged an extra $5 for ordering an “off menu” dish- a Greek salad for three instead of three individual salads- which costs them less.
It was a dinner flimsy plate piled high with iceberg lettuce- not the typical Romain. The potato “salad” was simply raw potatoes in some runny sauce. It was terrible. Maybe enough feta cheese for one- it was mixed in with the raw potatoes. They gave us toppings enough for one- a three person said. A few olives, a couple slices of tomatoes and maybe a quarter of a pepper and one pepperoncini with three packages of Kent dressing. It’s was awful. We asked for extra crispy naked wings and they brought out wings that weren’t even browned or seasoned. When we told the waitress she explained it was under new management. When the new owner came out he didn’t really care that we didn’t like the food. We sent the wings back, they were inedible.
We even made a comment that they have gown way down and won’t last if they keep sending food like this and the waitress agreed and said she knew!
The couple next to us had pizza that wasn’t all the way cooked! The crust was white!! And my beer was warm…. A warm bottle of beer. Do not waste your time or money. I’ll never be back.

ordered 3 pizzas here for my family christmas party, showed up for pick up at the time they told me to come and the pizzas had not even been started yet. i then had to wait an extra 40 minutes in the lobby for the pizza to be ready. the cashier handed them to me and said sorry for the inconvenience and that it was on the house. at home i discovered the pizzas were not even made correctly. i then receive 32 missed calls and 4 voicemails and text message threats from the owners. they started harassing me to come back and pay because the cashier shouldn’t have given me my order free of charge. these owners are terrible people and provide terrible, if any, customer service. 10/10 would NEVER recommend going to this location. literally go to any other pizza place on the beach.

I came in a few times, unprofessional, but doable. I’m pet sitting tonight and Uber eats a pizza. Was delivered wrong pizza. I called to reorder my pizza after Uber refunded me. I was on hold for 10 min. I hung up and called back. I reordered my pizza. No sympathy. No, let me look into this. Just told me to pay and wait 45 min. This is not how I would have resolved this. There should be an intelligent expeditor, or an intelligent Uber drive, or even a sympathetic employee of Westshore. No one gives a shit about customer service anymore. Photo shows a random pizza. Not my “margarita pizza”.
Update: 1 hour later after I called Westshore to make my own delivery they called to tell me I was out of their delivery zone and couldn’t refund me at this time. So I called another Westshore closer to me, didn’t have the ingredients for my pizza. At the end of the night, I had no pizza and no refund.

Made an order online for a calzone and two cannolis. When I arrived on time to pick up my food, my food wasn’t ready. I sat and waited for 20 minutes, not saying a word very patiently. When I got home, the calzone was not completely cooked, the spaghetti sauce to dip the calzone and was cold directly from the refrigerator, and the two cannolis were rubbery. I went back up to the restaurant and ask them to give me a refund for the cannolis and showed them and they looked at me like I was an idiot. They told me also that the spaghetti sauce that is given out is always cold. That you’re supposed to heat it up on your own. And they really didn’t even say much about the cannolis except oh will make you a new one. I said no I wanted a refund like I said when I came in and I was over it. I don’t want to have food remade when I bring it back cause of what people do to return food. Make a long story short I ended up leaving without my refund because they still after 10 minutes of me being there. We’re doing nothing on getting the refund to me. I’ve been a customer of Westshore Pizza for over 20 years at this location and I will never go back there again. They were slow, they only had one other family there with two weight staff a supervisor and a cook. Very shameful.

The owner responded like every other negative review to email them . I did email them and still have not heard a reply. I hate to see businesses close down but it is usually a result of negligence by the owners.
We ordered, for delivery, the spicy Italian pizza and a hoagie. The pizza was supposed to have basil , Italian sausage and pepperoni. We received the pizza and first there was no basil and second only several particles of sausage. The pizza was also covered in hot wing sauce an ingredient not listed in the description nor part of any sort of pizza.. Needless to say, the pizza was inedible. The hoagie had very little meat/cheese. A theft of my money. I would suggest anyone who orders anything from Westshore fully inspect whatever food they are getting.

After waiting 90 minutes for the pizza it was delivered incredibly undercooked and cold. I called at 60 minutes to ask if everything was ok and was told they were on the way. Still took 30 minutes more. Very disappointing.

The Westshore Pizza here at Bellaire Bluffs is a great place to get good pizza. I have a gluten allergy and I ordered their gluten-free 12 inch pie.
The topping I ordered were on there, but WHOOPS, the person who made it forgot my onions. Still good though, even though…no onions.
I recommend The Westshore at this location. I have never had an issue until today, but I won’t hold that against them.
